Great introductory tour to Venice! - We had a wonderful experience. Our guide was born and raised in Venice and proudly shared information about her city. The tour allowed us to get an overview of the city and learn about off-the-beaten path areas. Our guide answered all of our questions and provided lots of great recommendations of local restaurants.

Enjoyable walking tour - Definitely worth seeing this side of Venice with a private tour, our guide was really knowledgeable and helpful. You get to see parts that you wouldn’t necessarily walk past or visit on the way to other places. You can ask questions and go at your own pace.

Great look at real life in Venice - Our guide, Lorenzo, was born and raised in Venice. So, he had a personal connection to all the places he took us. He gave us a feel for what it is like to live in Venice, showing us neighborhoods, churches, shops, and restaurants that are not tourist traps. We were lucky enough to have a private tour - just our family and him, so he was great about adapting to our needs (like stopping in a church to see the inside, or at a cafe for a coffee). We highly recommend this tour as a great overview to what Venice is beyond the obvious.
