Great time, amazing meal - My son (16) and I had a great time! We loved touring the market, meeting the other fellow travelers, and working together to bring our meal, or should I say feast, together.

Learn the beauty of Italian food in the home of an Italian chef! - What a great experience! Had the opportunity to enjoy this cooking class with my 13 and 10 year old daughters while visiting Venice over spring break. This was certainly something they will remember for a lifetime. The chef and host were so nice and informative about the intricacies of the Italian food they prepared. After visiting the Realto market, we learned how to make focaccia, caprese salad, polpette, hand made pasta with crispy eggplant, and of course tiramisu! All of it delicious and I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Venice.

A unique Venice experience - Definitely a unique and wonderful experience. Lorenzo hosts the cooking and dining experience in his private residence. The demonstrations and participation were informative and fun. The meal was exceptional. Highly recommend this experience. Two items to note: Meeting place is in a square, not in a storefront; would have been helpful to have name of square and a link to google maps location. It is about a 30 minute walk from meeting place/market area to Lorenzo's residence, which also means about 30+ minutes back to San Marcos square areas. Do also note that if you need to contact Lorenzo, it is best to use WhatsApp.

A unique experience in Venice - My eleven year old was pushing for us to take a cooking class and this didn’t disappoint. Started with a quick market tour and proceeded to our chef’s modern home for an intimate cooking lesson. We made delicious chicken, potatoes, pasta, and tiramisu and had fun cheering with the 4 other people. Definitely a memorable thing to do in the heart of Venice!

Fantastic and delicious. - The experience from start to finish was spectacular. Starting at the Rialto market and learning about the history of Venice while seeing the amazing bounty of fresh fish and fruits and vegetables produced here was eye opening. The cooking was hands on and I learned things I will definitely be incorporating back home. The lunch and wine we enjoyed with the rest of the small class was fantastic. Great experience!

Worth every penny. - The family enjoyed it very much and thought the food was amazing that they cooked. The chef was the best.

Fun way to spend the day if you have plenty of time. - The chef Lorenzo was great and the menu and food was very good. We loved visiting the fresh fish market too. The only thing I would say is that it went a couple hours longer than expected, but for us it wasn't really a problem.

Cooking experience with my mom, it was a fun interactive and knowledgeable experience. - We had an interactive experience cooking with people we didn't know but became friends with after. The chef was fantastic!
