From St Mark's Square go under the arches of the Correr Museum, take the last arch on the left making your way to Calle Larga XXII Marzo. Continue crossing the bridge near the gondoliers in front of Hotel Bauer continue walking to the end of the street, cross the small bridge and turn left.

Gondola tour - Exceeded expectations. Was a great experience, worth every penny. Got to see parts of Venice you wouldn’t ordinarily see

Not worth the $$ - Not worth the money. Gondolier was nice and informative but spent half the time floating in the grand canel.

Waste of Money - I took my wife on this “private tour” the gondolas basically lined up in order helm to helm and took a small circle around. The boat and everything else was fine, but I should’ve just thrown my money in the water for this experience,

I got inaccurate... - I got inaccurate information from viator even though i used the chat feature to ask my question. I was told a one year old could sit on an adults lap and not be counted as an adult. When we arrived at the gondola we were told otherwise Gondola ride was fine booking agent not fine

Not great - Small lap of their area, no sights seen in the 30min, felt very rushed through and pushed aside as customers.. like it was a burden to be there.

Hardcore tourist catch - The gondola tour takes place in an unpleasant place. There is still better in Venice! For example, we saw a rat swimming next to us during the tour...
It's not to mention the gondolier who as soon as we arrived in the gondola offered us another ride for 20 euros more and did not stop at a single refusal from us but insisted shamelessly... Afterwards, he half-paddled and spent 25 minutes on his cell phone sending voices... At the end of the tour, the gondolier assistants who help us get into the gondolas asked for tips... In short, it is expensive for an extremely poor performance!

Poor service - We paid for 30 min but only got 22 minutes from the time we stepped onto the boat until the time we got off. The boat operator never said a word to us. He spent the entire trip on his phone

Don’t waste your money - Wait and negotiate a ride when you’re in Venice. This was a 15 minute circle around the three corners next to gondola business. We had to walk 20 minutes to get there. And we learned the service outside our hotel offered sunset rides for 1/3 the price.

Would NOT recommend, very disappointing - Skip this tour. They short changed us on time(20 minutes when it was supposed to be 30-40min). We started on the grand canal and went maybe 1 block into the interior and right back out onto the Grand canal. We rode right next to another gondola nearly the whole time while the gondoliers chatted with each other the entire time. Didn’t feel special at all…was a total ripoff for the price. Would NOT recommend.
