An all-around great time! - The tour was great! The stories were interesting, the facts were not ones you’d hear on a regular tour. I learned a lot! The guide, Ursula, was friendly and fun. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Venice!

Good tour with some fun stories - The tour was fun and learnt a lot about the area. Grace the guide was nice and very good always making sure everyone was OK and able to keep up especially with some people less mobile which was good. One downside, the advert said there would be an audio system in use and there wasn't. It wasn't too bad as a small group and could generally hear everything but audio system use would have made things a bit easier and easier to hear everything.

Non-spooky Halloween ghost tour - Was a bit boring. For a Halloween night ghost tour there wasn’t much talked about or stories told that were particularly ghostly or spooky. It was more general history, and only a few bits of history. The guide’s story telling ability was quite lacking, possibly due to English not being their first language.

OK History, weak stories - Tour was ok, not great. The storytelling was basic histories, could have used some embelishment. Also, was one hour, not the 2 1/2 shown - which was long enough.

Too many people booked on our tour! - As a solo traveller, it was nice to experience Venice at night and feel safe in a group. I felt sorry for the guide. Viator allowed too many people to book on to the trip and some people had to be turned away, even though they were booked in and had paid. The guide could not proceed with such a large group, so we were quite late setting off and the guide was stressed at the beginning of the tour. It was shorter than advertised, maybe we walked faster than some groups, who knows?!? The stories were interesting and well told.

Cancelled Without Notice - Vastly disappointing. We waited in line at the checkpoint just to be told the walking tour, the one thing that set this tour apart, was canceled. The host said they canceled it 2 weeks ago, but we were never informed. Beware!

Save your time and money and give this a miss - Barely over an hour, we walked to 6-7 spots heard unrewarding stories, one already told by an earlier day walking tour guide and with far far better delivery. Not worth the wasted time.
