Highly recommended - Fabulous experience. Met at the meeting point , escorted to the Gondola launch site ( maybe 3-5 mins walk). Fully taken care of , gondola ride was peaceful ( we did the evening tour so not as much traffic in the lagoon ). Helped on and off the gondola , loved every minute, highly recommended.

This is a must do in... - This is a must do in Venecia. Great experience and the Drivers very experienced. It is a magic ride this experience

The sign for the... - The sign for the collection spot was inside the public transport ticket terminal ....took a while to spot it It is a shared experience up to 5 in a gondola But still a great way to try a gondola with little hassle

I’m glad we read the... - I’m glad we read the reviews beforehand that said finding the ticket pickup location was a bit complicated - because of this we arrived about an hour early, eventually figured out where to get the tickets from (the S Marco ticket station that looks like it’s only for public ferry’s) and then walked around before the gondola. Getting on/off the gondola was very rushed but the ride itself was peaceful and a unique experience that I’d recommend to others to tick off the bucket list.

Ya gotta do it - Yes, is a bit campy and totally tourist driven but it’s a Venice staple. 30 minutes is enough. Quite relaxing and you see a few sights, including the bridge of sighs.

We were not pleased.... - We were not pleased. It was very difficult finding the starting point and then it was trouble getting the tickets printed. Your instructions were very poor. We had other tours through another company and they executed perfectly. Our gondola driver was in training while his coach talked loudly the whole time, sometimes shouting instructions to the new driver. It was annoying. The ride was merely a parade of gondolas sailing too close to one another. It was not wir the time and certainly not worth the money I can not recommend your company at all.

Relaxing ride but hard to find - Nice ride on back canals. Difficult to find. Several other customers had the same problem. Signage wasn’t visible due to the crowds You need to check in at the ticket counter to exchange your voucher. Don’t expect the gondola driver to tell you anything. It’s not a tour just a ride Very relaxing away from the crowd experience. If it had been easier to find I would have given it a higher rating

Not worth it! - Purchased tickets online for 30 min trip at 5:00 pm. Went to shoreline EARLY because we knew how crowded the area is and we also knew google maps struggles with addresses in Venice. Couldn’t find booth at site. Email voucher doesn’t give any details about where the booth is located. Voucher only gives an address which is useless with google maps unless you know the area. A simple picture would help. When finally found, we were tired of walking up and down the shoreline with thousands of other tourists, on hot sunny day. We got to the booth uncomfortably sweaty, frustrated and 15 minutes late. Was given a new time for a hour later. To top our wonderful experience, we paid for a 30 minute ride but the ride only lasted 20 minutes. Thanks for such a wonderful experience

20 mins is not 30 - This was not at all what i expected. First, it was a bit difficult to find the check in spot. Second, we had a 10 minute POWER WALK to board our gondolas - the guide waited for no one. They boarded all of us into as few gondolas as possible, except for one couple. They had managed to book a private ride. It felt a bit u comfortable to sail with another random couple. My husband and I had to sit on little stools opposite each other. We were all given only a 20 minute ride, pretty much end to end with the other gondolas in our time slot. The gonaleres (sp) talked mainly to each other. The route was very short and we did not see any notable landmarks. Very disappointing

Bad experience - It was really bad organized. It didn’t show anywhere that you have to get paper ticket and they don’t approve the online one. We waited 30minutes to the gondola and then find out about the paper tickets and we had to get back to get the paper tickets and then they didn’t let us in anymore and we had to wait 2hours. The ride was crouded and it took only 15min (it was supposed to be 30min ride).
