Our Cesarine (the name of our hosts) will welcome you like part of the family and will teach you their family cooking secrets for an authentic culinary experience.

Experience Italy without tasting at least one pasta recipe is unimaginably incomplete… Hence, we’ll educate you on two! Acquire knowledge on how to manually mold ‘sfoglia’ (fresh pasta) and how to construct 2 distinct simple pasta recipes from the ground up with your Cesarina. In addition to all of this, you will also gain expertise in making the classic Tiramisu. Express your adoration for Italian cooking while establishing new friendships in this practical cooking tutorial. It’s an excellent means to genuinely immerse yourself in Italian traditions.

Magnificent - From the minute we met Giulia til we said goodbye it was a wonderful experience. She opened her home to six people she didn’t know and we ended up leaving as friends. The food we made was wonderful and we can’t wait to go home and try all the recipes on our own .

Learning a new skill on vacation - Our chef Andrea was a wonderful host and instructor on how to make tiramisu, tortelli and tagliatelle. The space was a lovely apartment which felt more homey than a pro cooking class. Our group really supported each other. I fully intend to use my new skills when I get back from vacation.

Highly Recommend!! - Such a fun and memorable experience! Our host Patricia and cooking instructor Daniella were both wonderful. We had tons of laughs with them as we made delicious pasta and tiramisu. Daniella even brought gorgeous carnival costumes for us to try on before dinner. I highly recommend this event!

A Must-Do Experience in Venice - Although the directions were confusing and the location was hard to find, the cooking class was amazing! Barbara was wonderful and went out of her way to make our experience memorable. She even came to find us when we couldn't get to her house! Our fourteen-year-old granddaughter likes to cook, and Barbara did a wonderful job demonstrating how to make gnocchi and tiramisu. Her cooking class was one of the highlights of our trip! We highly recommend it, but be sure that Trip Advisor has made the directions very clear and that the emergency phone number is correct before you leave!
