Punctuality and comfortable boats - We used the company's boats for a very pleasant tour of Murano, Burano and Torcello. The boats are comfortable, punctual, less crowded than the ACTV ones. The lady of the company was very kind and gave us all the necessary information upon boarding at Punta Sabbioni. Only suggestion: provide a family ticket also for families of 5 people (currently the family ticket is only for families of 4 people).

Great, relatively inexpensive way to see the lagoon’s outer islands - Really enjoyed our day cruising between all the islands! But no real surprise, because it was sunny, calm, and about 70 degrees F. And, as it was the last week in October, hardly anyone was on the boats, so we had great seats the entire time, and on several legs, it was like a private cruise as we were the only two passengers 😊 We had a really awesome day 😎

Beautiful way to see Venuce and the islands - It was nice that we could go to the islands when we wanted. I wish you had them going about every 30 minutes.

Worth it! - Being able to see a glass blowing demonstration on Murano was the highlight of the tour. I do not want to say anything more and you should reduce the requirement for 100 characters otherwise you risk losing people from providing feedback.

I wouldn't take it again - Convenient for traveling and visiting the islands
Organized app, clear and helpful girl on site.
Inconvenient due to the few times available.
When I arrived in Burano I had to take public transport because they didn't have enough trips to return.
If you start your tour before 1pm I recommend it but if after 1pm No

Complete failure! - Nothing was right here! No information about where THESE ships depart. Even a phone call to our Italian reception did not provide any clarity. In the end, we missed the ship to Burano and only saw half of it.
We did not take the ships (?) specified, but instead took the public water taxis/buses. A complete failure and booking is not recommended!!!!!
