Del Toro waterfall is fabulous - Like entering Jurassic park. You choose a walking stick ( recommend the bamboo as quite light but sturdy) and which is very helpful for coming back up ! And off you go. Follow the path down - well sign posted and take it slowly ( best step sideways on way down). Lots of spectacular views of the falls on the way down too. About 400 steps. We only saw one other couple on a Saturday afternoon and saw two sloths - what a magical hike. Near il silencio ( about a ten minute drive) which was a fabulous place to then stay for a couple of nights.

Just insane! The best jungle experience. - Jurassic World. The real Costa Rica wild. One of the best experiences for nature lovers, there's lot of outdoor activities and good vibes.!!!
