An unexpected delight - This wasn't on my planned activities during my week in Varna. But circumstances had that one activity was cancelled and I was offered this experience in stead. Wow, just the setting alone, a truly wonderful place to be welcomed in, my host that evening really let me feel at home I'm welcome. I enjoyed an evening of tasting different specialities of different vintages and foods. I was given an explanation about each of the wines , apperatives, defeatist and no questions were left un answered. This is a +10 thing to do if wine is one of things that your interested in. Time really did fly and Dimo was a wonderful host and shared his experience as a yearlong sommelier with so much enthusiasm.
