Day One: Walking Tour of Old Town Varanasi and Evening Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat

Thatheri Bazar - Embark on a walking tour of the historic part of Varanasi, lasting approximately two hours. Explore the vibrant flower market, Thatheri Bazar, the ghats of Varanasi, and the Manikarnika Ghat cremation ground, where bodies are cremated around the clock.

Alamgir Mosque - Visit this significant attraction during the morning walking tour.

Panchganga Ghat - Experience the tranquility of this serene part of Varanasi.

Manikarnika Ghat - Witness the main cremation ground, where bodies are cremated 24 hours a day.

Ganga Aarti - Attend the evening Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat, held at 6 PM in winter and 7 PM in summer.

Day Two: Early Morning Boat Ride on the Ganges and Visits to Key Attractions

Dasaswamedh Ghat - Begin the boat ride from either Dashashwamedh Ghat or Assi Ghat, depending on your hotel’s location.

Assi Ghat - Start the boat ride from Assi Ghat or Dashashwamedh Ghat, based on your hotel’s location.

Manikarnika Ghat - Observe the cremation rituals from the boat in the early morning.

Panchganga Ghat - View this ghat from the boat.

Harishchandra Ghat - As the second cremation ground in Varanasi, observe the cremation here as well.

Tulsi Ghat - View Tulsi Ghat from the boat.

Sarnath - After the boat ride, visit the Sarnath Buddhist Temple, where Lord Buddha delivered his first sermon after enlightenment in Bodh Gaya.

Banaras Hindu University - Following Sarnath, visit the Banaras Hindu University Birla Temple.

Sankat Mochan Temple - Visit this temple, dedicated to Lord Hanuman and also known as the Monkey Temple, after the Banaras Hindu University Birla Temple.

Tulsi Manas Temple - Proceed to the Tulsi Manas Temple after visiting the Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple.

Durga Temple - Dedicated to Goddess Durga, visit this temple following the Tulsi Manas Temple.

Godowlia - Conclude the tour with your guide and driver dropping you off at your hotel location.
