The Kashi Vishwanath Temple is dedicated to Lord Vishwanath, an incarnation of Lord Shiva, and is regarded as the patron deity of Varanasi. The Vishwanath Jyotirling Temple holds immense religious significance and is a center of faith for millions of Hindus. It has been visited by many revered saints such as Ramakrishna Paramhansa, Swami Vivekananda, Maharishi Dayanand Sarasvati, Goswami Tulsidas, Adi Shankar Acharya, and Guru Nanak Dev. Lord Vishwanath is seen as the supreme origin of spiritual truth and fosters universal brotherhood. A single darshan of Vishweshwara Jyotirling is considered more auspicious than the darshan of other jyotirlingas in India.

Unlike traditional temples, it features a large marble map of undivided India, depicting mountains, plains, and oceans to scale. This unique temple symbolizes patriotism and is set amidst natural beauty, overlooking the Ganges and its sacred Ghats in Banaras.

The Tulsi Manas Mandir is one of Varanasi’s most renowned temples, holding significant historical and cultural importance in Hinduism. Before the Ramcharitmanas, Lord Ram was portrayed as a great king, but the Ramcharitmanas elevated him to deity status. The temple was inaugurated by HH Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan.
