It was convenient to buy my ticket before I headed to this attraction. - I wanted to get great views of the city from a higher vantage point, and this attraction satisfied my objective. The cost of admission was reasonable, and I got to see three hundred sixty-degree (360°) views of Vancouver. This city had many beautiful skyscrapers, bridges, gardens, and adjacent mountains. It was wise to buy the ticket in advance so that I did not have to waste any time to stand in a line. This whole attraction was indoors, and it did have bathrooms and a gift shop. I enjoyed the glass elevator ride to the top.

Take the audio tour - enjoy the views - It’s a little tricky to find as it’s incorporated with the bottom of a tower block/shopping mall but it is signed. When we went the reception staff seemed rather bored - it was a slow day - perhaps it’s always a slow day. (probably no need to book in advance). The experience itself was good - I enjoy viewing things from above and it does give you an idea of the city. I strongly recommend you use the free audio tour available from the website as it supplements the images and text below the windows which sometimes mention things that are not visible directly, or clarify that you’re looking at something a mile away and not just in front of you. Having Google maps open helps as well!

360 view of the city - Enjoyable 30/60 minutes with views over the city but even though there was notice boards it was hard to pick out some of the land marks and feel the pricing was a little steep for what you got. Worth doing yes, a must do with limited time in Vancouver look at other landmarks.

First time visit. - I've always enjoyed observation decks especially in large cities. This one is somewhat different due to its design actually being part of a hotel. It's right in the heart of downtown Vancouver but one of the obstacles is it can be difficult to find a parking spot and the fees can be costly. I will admit it is not as appealing to me as most others but I did enjoy the view of the city below and the surrounding mountains and harbor views. The Vancouver Lookout is okay for anyone to like.

Too bad about the money. Restaurant visit totally sufficient. - Visiting the viewing platform is only worthwhile to a limited extent. If you like it high up, you have to do it. If you want an overview of the city you will not find it here. The signs are misleading. A beach is displayed where there is no water far and wide. The beach is of course there, but you can't see it from there. I didn't see City Hall from there. There is also no WIFI, so you cannot use the audio guide.

Overrated - Spend money on something else. It was easy to find. Windows appeared dirty. Admission cost should be half of what was charged to get even a slight recommendation. Have been in other lookout towers in big cities with view more interesting. Can see the beauty of Vancouver on bridges and beachfront.
