Well worth the Price! - This is a cool way to tour the park. Now understand that the horses will naturally smell a little bit. But the tour is well worth it! We covered a lot of the park and even got out to tour the totem poles. It was a spiritual space that I truly enjoyed.

Perfect tour of a lovely spot - On a beautiful but chilly day in Vancouver this tour was soooo enjoyable. Hal, the guide & carriage driver, was friendly & knowledgeable, I learned a lot of interesting facts and he made the ride more enjoyable with his side stories. The blankets were a bonus & very needed. Staff helping with the horses before the tour were also very friendly & helpful. Highly recommend this tour.

Recommend - a bit cheaper than paying on spot… Worth the money (an hour carriage trip)! Our guide/horse-rider is Laura, she is fun, professional, cheerful and brought me excellent memory! Highly recommend for family, esp witb elderly/child to start the park visit

A very good trip - We really enjoyed the trip and our guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining. Possibly it would have benefited from more stops to take photos of the points of interest.

A different way to see Stanley Park - The Stanley Park Horse-Drawn Tour is a convenient way to see many things in Stanley Park. It's probably better for people who can't walk or take another form of moving around. We prefer to walk as it allows us to stop and enjoy the surroundings whenever we feel like it. Besides, going with so many other people in a crowded carriage is not for us. Still an interesting way to see things!

JUST OK?? - Wife enjoyed the colors of the fall foliage. Carriage seating a bit cramped. Would've been great if carriages for groups of 2-4 we're available at a reasonable rate for a more romantic experience.

Great Tour though Customer Service Needs Improvement - The horses and the overall experience was great! While I had been to Stanley Park before, it had been a while and I had really only been to the Aquarium. It was nice to take a relaxing pace to see the sights and learn more about the area and I learned a lot. Just wish the customer service and ticketing procedure was better. We almost had to cancel since 1) Viator didn't offer an option to schedule a time nor noted to call the venue to schedule a time, 2) the carriage company ticketing person didn't provide any assistance and felt like I had to pry info from her, just getting bits at that, while acted I should how their ticketing procedures worked. I would do this excursions again, and will be contacting them so others don't experience the same bad service. Just glad we didn't let is affect our tour and had fun, regardless!

Meander through the park with a stop at the totem poles. - A nice tour, but a little crowded, with dogs on board. Makes it hard to take photos for people sitting in middle of seats as it is 4 across. You don't get to see a lot of the waterfront as you are obviously on the road and trees block some of the views. A stop was made at the totem poles for 10 minutes before continuing. Another two stops were made to rest the horses after road inclines. Commentary was very good pointing our various passing point of interest. Last tour of the day does not return to carpark, but to rose garden. An extra 5 minute walk downhill is required to continue the loop.
