Excellent tour - As we were only two people booked for the tour, they initially wanted us to join a larger group in a bus. Due to some coordination problems, we ended up in a private tour with an excellent driver. So it turned out to be better than expected. Thank you!

Fabulous service despite logistical challenges - I'm giving this tour 5 stars despite a difficult start. There was a transport issue that meant our original tour had to be cancelled but within 30 minutes the company found us a space in another group that was stopping in the same town and let us jump in. It was a fantastic tour and our (genuinely Mayan) tour guide was excellent. He provided detailed info on the sites and the history, and even gave us a lift for the last section of our way in his own car as the different tour bus went a slightly different route. The cenote and historic sites are incredible

Best chichen itza & cenote experience! - We had an amazing experience with this tour! Luis was our driver/guide. He was always on time and available to explain everything we wanted to know about the region, and made us always feel happy and comfortable. The tour is very well designed, allowing you to visit the amazing chichen itza in between cenotes, to fresh up at the warmest hours. Totally recommend!

Recommendable day trip - + departure on schedule, easy to find pick up point, beautiful Cenotes (few people), nice guide at Chichén Itza, skip the line ticket included - 1h stop at a gift-shop before visiting the ruins, we felt a little uncomfortable because we had the Impression, that buying something was expected

Very friendly driver and... - Very friendly driver and guide, good schedule of activities. Cenotes are interesting and worth a visit. The only thing we didn't like was that before lunch they took us to a souvenir shop where we overpaid souvenirs. After that we went to Chichen Itza, where the same souvenirs were twice as cheap. Don't be fooled like us 😊

Raised some questions, but still worth it - Clear communication that the start of the trip would be at 9 a.m, but the driver came to the pick-up spot at 9.30. Overall poor communication from the company. The trip should’ve included an English speaking person, but our driver didn’t speak English at all. Great person though. Pretty odd that no water was included either. Chichen Itza guide was very good and the Cenotes visited were very nice. When looking at the price vs competition, still very much worth it.

Guide didn’t show up. - I waited at the pick up point but no one arrived. After 15 minutes they messaged me to say there was a problem with the transportation but they were sending someone else. After 30 minutes they sent me another number for someone who would be my new tour guide, but they didn’t answer my calls or texts. After an hour I decided to take a collectivo.

Horrible - Tour bus never showed up! Found out by going into the app 30 mins after pick up time that the tour had been cancelled, with no notification from Viator or the tour company. If you really want to see Chichen Itza stay far away from this one…
