Pleasantly surprised by the guide - Our guide Jerry took us from Valladolid to visit the three cenotes. The next day he took us to Chichenitza and another cenote. We highlight Jerry's professionalism. He showed a very deep knowledge of the place, its history and its current reality. Very interesting all your comments. Superiors recommended. Excellent guide

Ek Balam and Hubiku Cenote Tour - Amazing Day! We were fortunate to have our guide Jerry, who is not only knowledgeable on the topic of the Mayan people, he is also a student ever increasing his wisdom. He fielded all of our questions with detailed and interesting facts and opinions pertaining to any topic. Ask him what a Tim Bit is. We were provided with more than ample water and snacks and a comfortable van for the trip. Ek Balam is truly one of the best archeological sites to visit, as it's quieter and more shaded than many of the more popular choices. The Kings Tomb is a must-see and unique from any site I've visited in Mexico and Central America. The view from atop the acropolis is worth the climb. Kubiku is a unique Cenote, and as you arrive mid day, it is not only a perfect time to cool off, the shafts of light penetrating from above make for unforgettable photographs. Don't miss the free chocolate tasting, as well as the tequila samples! The lunch buffet is all you can eat, but read the signs above the buffet; habanjero salsa is right next to the salad bar and closely resembles Italian salad dressing. Ouch!

Incredible experience on tour with Gerry! - I took the tour with Premier Adventures. I must say Gerry is one of the best tour guides I've taken on my trip in Mexico and probably on most of my travels. His attention to detail, care; making sure everyone was comfortable was first class service. Gerry made Chichen Itza come alive through his impressive historical knowledge and continuous diligence towards his craft. No question is too little for him. He was also very kind in taking many photos of the group. Thank you kindly Gerry for the experience which I won't forget. I highly recommend this tour!

A great option to know the cenotes of the region. - The tour was very complete, we met different types of cenotes, I loved that this organized the entrances to the cenotes are at times where there is not so much tourism , Miriam was our guide, was making explanations about the cenotes, was very kind to answer our doubts.

Very good experience with funny guide! - Jerry is a very expierenced guide. He is very much informed about the Chichen Itza and cenotes. The first cenote we had to out selves, that felt very special. All the cenotes were very beautiful. Also the food and atmosphere at cenotes number 3 were nice. Jerry is also very funny. We had a lovely and relax day!

AMAZING tour company! Dire buffet waiters. - The experience from the people who attend the office to the guide Jerry GREAT. The latter generates an atmosphere of confidence and tranquility, cares all the time about the comfort of visitors. We loved it! However, I would like to comment that the included buffet has a great difficulty: the venue’s gardens do not display the price chart (drinks not included). And we witnessed how they charge 10 dollars for a bottle of water to some tourists who spoke only English, when they retreated the waiter laughs and shares his “great feat” with his colleagues. We with my mother ordered a mezcalita and a michelada, we were told 130 a mezcalita and 40 a beer plus 30 michelada, and at the time of payment we pass a bill with 260 total pesos, making the misunderstanding and not collecting what really corresponds. This is serious, one as a traveling tourist expects to be able to feel comfortable not DERIDED by those types of people.

Fabulous experience from start to finish - Since we approached the module we had a good explanation from Guadeloupe, I have to say that previously we had gone to the tourism module of the state and we were not even explained anything , we were sent to pick up flyer that had there watered on a table, then to an agency that had no idea that included the trip until we passed right through the center in a place in front of the park and there we went to Premier Adventure to look for options and well a big difference of how they explain things, as they give attention to tourism, Guadeloupe explains every detail with an incredible courtesy! In addition the next day they offer you a coffee, they have a waiting room in which transport arrives, already in the tour the experience that they take you in a vintage car, visit 3 cenotes where you are amazed at how beautiful they are, it is very worth it, in the end they take you to a buffet with a drink, we had a very small group of only 6 people which to us seemed more exclusive, in the tour the guide was the Guadeloupe itself to which we thank all your attentions really if you have the opportunity to take this Tour with Premier Adventure do it!! Great day out seeing iconic sites - Great tour! Visited Chichén Itza and the cenote at quiet times and Gerry was a fab guide. He was so skilled at being a bilingual speaker - we felt it helped our Spanish learning too! He had interesting explanations, was calm but upbeat and very attentive to his group.
