On this tour, we will explore and explain the key FALLAS (the effigies that are burnt on the evening of March 19th) and share with you the history of Valencia along with the reasons we honour this vibrant celebration. Our route entails significant landmarks such as the Serranos Gate, Virgen Square, Carmen neighborhood and Central Market. Throughout the journey, we will be viewing numerous fallas. Join us and experience the captivating Fallas festival, it’s fun and fascinating. Each ‘falla’ carries a unique significance and contains exclusive dolls, we will tell you their rationale and the conveyed symbolism. Please note that this tour is exclusively available in MARCH (15th-19th).
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark

Fun Fallas tour in Valencia! - Anais did a great job of walking us through Valencia’s old town showing & explaining the history of Fallas and how & where many of the different Falla neighborhood statues were located. She explained the Falla competitions and the process that each Falla committee goes through to chose an artist who works with a team for over a year to crest great artwork that will be lit on fire March 19th! So interesting!

Definitely worth it to learn about Las Fallas! - We learned so much about the history of the festival, the significance of individual fallas, and how the celebration makes Valencian culture what it is. We saw most of the city and noteworthy fallas and even got to go up close to a main falla! We had a slight snafoo with the battery life of the earpieces, but our guide just raised her voice and was all around kind, honest, and knowledgeable. The tour didn't feel rushed, even though it was a full 3 hours of rich information in some busy streets. I recommend!
