I highly recommend this class!!! - We met in front of the church steps. We toured and pick up our Paella ingredients at the Ruzafa Market. The market is amazing - run by families. Then a short walk to the kitchen where we prepared and cooked our Paellas. The instructors were very personable, entertaining and ensured we all had a good time including answering any questions we might have had. I highly recommend this class!!! Great fun and food, oh and sangria!!

A great and delicious way to learn about Valencian culture - Really amazing experience. The instructors were very personable and made the experience a lot of fun. They explained all the ingredients at the market and went over the history of Paella. While they prepped the stations back at the cooking school they served a spread of tapas and sangria which were absolutely delicious. Cooking as a group made the day more interactive and fun as we chatted and divided up all the tasks. At the end we sat down to eat and were served cake and coffee to end the meal. I can't recommend enough, a lovely way to spend a day in Valencia!

Great activity for our family - This was a great activity - our group included family members from 12 to 73 and all enjoyed themselves! It was nice touring the market nearby and the hosts/chefs (Anna, John, and Christina?) were wonderful - personable and fun. And, it turns out we made a great paella! They offer drinks, salad, and dessert in addition to the paella so we were full and happy when we left.

Paella and a good time 🤤 - Shopping at the market nearby was a nice touch. The staff running the class were pleasant and entertaining. We all took turns in preparing the ingredients and in-between the preparation there was plenty of sangria to be had. Oh, in the end, it tasted good as well.

Fun and tasty intro to the original paella - From the friendly greeting outside the market to the final farewell post-paella, our experience with this crew embodied the communal, familial spirit of cooking paella, bringing strangers together with warmth, good food, and a touch of sangria. The three chef/instructors were lively and welcoming, the cooking space bright and clean, and the ingredients fresh and delicious. Highly recommended!

Great time had by all - We attended the cooking class and market tour. It was fabulous, and would highly recommend this company and their chefs. They were very knowledgeable, very fun, and they kept the class somewhat under control! Sangria was flowing tapas were being consumed, and the paella was being created. They split the group of 20 into two groups which I made sure kept everyone engaged. If you didn’t stir the paella, you were chopping garlic, grading tomatoes, and prepping the beans. Made in paella in the past, I learned what I had been doing, right, and more importantly, what I had not been doing right. May have been some of the best paella I’ve ever eaten. We left there, educated, full, and very satisfied. Do this, if nothing else in Valencia
