Excellent Company and best time in March - The Trip was amazing! It had everything we wanted and even more. Our Guide drove very well, knew a lot about the surroundings and took us outside of the touristic places for a great lunch on the open plain. We visited the Train cementary, the village Colchani, had a great stay on the Island of Cactus and took fotos during the sunset with a glass of wine. Everything was very well planed! Now at the beginning of March is the best time to visit the Salar de Uyuni, because the salt is crystal clear white and not yet sandy, whilst beeing dry enough after the wet months January and February to visit the Island of Cactus and still see the mirror effect in a wet part!
