Country Manor Acres is a private 53-acre estate that serves as a destination wedding venue, horseback riding stable, and vacation lodging facility. It features six individual rental cabins and the charming Country Manor Inn B&B.

Visitors are welcomed at the parking area and escorted to the Country Manor Inn, where they can enjoy a fire ring perfect for roasting marshmallows and making s’mores, all set against the stunning backdrop of a Smoky Mountain sunset. Complimentary bottled water is also provided.

Once guests have indulged in s’mores, they are invited on a guided, horse-drawn wagon tour of the farm.

The tour concludes at the horse stables, where guests can witness the nightly “stampede” as the horses gallop back to the barn for dinner. Bags of grain are available for feeding and meeting the horses, while Nicole and Jeff share insights about the breeds, their care, and stories about the horses.

After spending time with the horses, guests can depart at their own pace, leaving with a renewed love and appreciation for horses and the Smoky Mountains.

This experience is unlike visiting a typical tourist spot. The farm is a private estate, accessible exclusively to those who make a reservation.

Upon arrival, guests will be taken to the Country Manor Inn B&B, where they can enjoy roasting marshmallows and making S’mores at the fire ring, all while taking in the stunning views of the farm and the Smoky Mountains. Bottled water, roasting sticks, and all the essentials for S’mores are provided.

Following this, guests can hop on a horse-drawn wagon for a guided tour of the picturesque horse farm, wedding venue, and horse stables.

After the wagon tour, guests will witness the thrilling “stampede” as the pasture gate is opened, and the horses gallop from the pasture to the barn for their dinner. This is a memorable, high-energy event.

Once the horses are settled in their stalls, guests will have the opportunity to feed them with provided bags of grain and meet the herd. Jeff and Nicole will share insights into horse care and stories about the horses.
