Well worth the time, fun and educational. - Martha put on a very friendly, informative and tasty class! We were given aprons and got to share the food prep with the other attendees. Martha provided historical insights and stories to go along with the dishes we prepared. It was fun, friendly and we all got to eat our (delicious) creations of Heugenot Tort, pimento cheese and biscuits.

A fun experience for adults and teens! - The instructor was great! A very organized class. The instructor was fun and told some interesting stories about the items we were making. Highly recommend. We were a group of 2 adult friends with 2 teenage daughters

I've been on many food... - I've been on many food tours and this was my first cooking class and it was great! Very hands on. Learned several tricks on how to make biscuits. Martha was so kind and helpful.

Wonderful experience - Martha was very organized, stress free class, she offered history of Charleston as well. The 3 recipes can be repeated at home. This is a must do!

Flavor…and full of History and Charm - This class was amazing! We really enjoyed the history of the dishes and how they tied to Charleston. It was easy to follow the instructions and loved that a recipe card was included so I can remember everything to make these dishes again. I highly recommend for something different and non-touristy feeling.
