My group and I would ask for help and it just seemed like they didn’t respond or weren’t listening. I know at one point a game piece broke broke and we asked about it ahead of time (that way we wouldn’t waste time) and they came in during play to help fix it and open it. Which was great but still frustrating because we asked before about it. My trifecta crew loves doing the escape rooms. We only have the wizard one left to do and are excited. But for the hype of the new room. It was fun but the staff just let us down a little.
