If you were born on or after January 1st, 1988, you must take a boat test to operate the equipment, as required by Florida law.
All rentals necessitate a damage deposit. There are two options available: a non-refundable fee of $40 at check-in or a $200 hold on a credit card, which is released upon the boat’s return, provided there is no damage. This deposit covers up to $500 in damage should any incidents occur while the boat is in your care.
