In this interactive session, participants will learn to craft pasta from scratch, create fresh tomato sauce, and perfect traditional Italian methods.
The menu to be prepared includes:
- Starter: Fritto misto featuring lightly fried squash, lemons, olives, mushrooms, and green beans, served with a spicy lemon aioli
- Salad: A citrus and mixed bitter greens salad with arugula, treviso, almonds, fennel, Parmesan, and vinaigrette
- Main Course: Homemade pasta made with flour, eggs, and semolina flour, accompanied by a fresh tomato and Calabrian chiles sauce with olive oil, garlic, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan
- Dessert: Tiramisu with ladyfingers, Marsala wine, mascarpone, and cocoa powder
