- Bienville Square - The park was created in 1824 when Congress specially gifted a small plot of land to Mobile. Perhaps the most famous visitor to the square, other than when President Teddy Roosevelt came made a speech here regarding the importance of the Panama Canal 1905.

Mobile Ghost Tour 11-4-23 - Even though my wife and I have lived in Mobile most of our lives, we learned a lot about some of the old historical buildings downtown. We really enjoyed the tour and our guide was very polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend taking the tour. John & Jena
