CUSCO - CHALLACANCHA - SORAYPAMPA - HUMANTAY LAKE

Inca Trail - Guests will be collected from their hotel at approximately 4:00 am. The pick-up service is available from any hotel within Cusco city, with the collection time set for 4 a.m. Travelers will then be transported privately to the town of Mollepata. Upon arrival in Mollepata, there will be an opportunity to enjoy breakfast. Afterward, the journey continues for an hour to Challacancha, where a two-hour trek along a rocky path begins, leading to Soraypampa. Here, a delightful lunch will be served. Post-lunch, the hike continues uphill to the stunning Humantay Lagoon, known for its striking greenish-blue waters. After taking in the breathtaking views, the descent follows the same path back to Soraypampa, and the hike continues for another two hours to reach the campsite at Soyroccocha (4,491 masl / 14,730 ft). At night, the clear sky offers a chance to admire unique constellations before resting for the next day.

SOYROQOCHA - SALKANTAY PASS - SORAYPAMPA - CUSCO

Salkantay Trail - The day begins early with a delicious breakfast amidst mountains and snow-capped peaks, setting the stage for the journey to the tour’s highest point, the Salkantay Pass (4,638 masl/15213 ft), also part of the Salkantay Trek Tour. This tour offers the chance to witness phenomenal landscapes, providing a unique and unforgettable experience. Upon reaching the destination, the majestic Nevado Salkantay and pristine nature offer a grand spectacle, with ample time for capturing stunning photographs. The descent then leads back to the camp, where lunch awaits, followed by the continuation of the journey to Soraypampa (3,850 masl / 12,631 ft). Here, transportation will be ready to return guests to Cusco, dropping them off at their hotel doorstep. This marks the conclusion of the 2-day Laguna Humantay & Salkantay tour.
