  • Centro - We will start our tour, discovering one of the most popular coffee brands in Uruapan, inside one of their coffee shops.

Uruapan is known for its bread production, and to better understand the local cuisine, we will visit the oldest bakery in the city + 100 years.

We will be moving to a museum of artisanal drinks, perhaps one of a kind. Here we will have the opportunity to taste one of the most traditional drinks in Mexico in a unique avocado cured recipe.

The corundas are one of the most traditional representations of the Michoacan tamal, we will not miss a small place where we can taste this delicious tradition.

Michoacán is known for its aromatic and medicinal herbs; and Uruapan has one of the places where infusions are made with these wonders of nature. We will try the neurite infusion, a purhepecha native plant that you will surely love.

We’ll end up with a selection of signature beverages, made by Uruapan mixologists.

Optionally we will eat carnitas, elotes, morisqueta (stew rice) and other delights that cross on the way.
