Magical! - I have traveled to many places and gone on so many tours. Nothing has come close to how magical this tour was for me and my daughter! The views were amazing!! Everywhere you looked! Our tour guide was so patient, knowledgeable, fun, helpful... Did I mention patient?? Celine knew so much and took us to so many beautiful places. We miss it already. I cannot recommend this tour enough. It was the best thing we did on our segment of the world cruise on Royal Caribbean

Beautiful healthy day in West Cork - We did the 40km, roughly four hour Irish tales tour and it was amazing. Celine being a long time local had exciting off the beaten track stories of the area and we stopped often to look at sights. The trip sounded long but was over in a heartbeat. Really liked the robust bikes too. The voyage was a highlight of our trip to Irish countryside and can highly recommend this experience if you are in West Cork area.

West Cork from the inside - We had a fantastic day with Celine biking through West Cork! It was just the biking experience we'd hoped for - through the countryside, breeze in our faces (perfect Irish day!), getting to know West Cork from the inside, out. We started in Union Hall, a working fishing village with a protected harbor that set the tone for a well-curated exploration of the people and places that define this region. From the Dromberg Stone Circle to crumbling castles along the way, to a centuries old graveyard, to coffee, cake and conversation with Celine, to buying strawberries at a farm stand - we gathered a range of information on life, over time, in West Cork. The way is hilly but so do-able on these top-of-the-line eBikes; it was exhilarating. We rode at a pace the we could smell the honeysuckle and enjoy village and country gardens, and wild flowers on the road; we stopped often enough to enjoy spectacular views over both the green expanses of land and the blue spaces of both harbors and open ocean. We cannot say enough about GormĂș as a company and their thoughtfully crafted experiences, and Celine as a gracious and engaging host.

Worthy of a large detour - As repeat customers of GormĂș, we knew we were in for another treat with this trip and again this tour exceeded all our expectations. The electric bikes are top-notch, making the ride effortless even on the more challenging hills. Conor Ó Buachalla’s storytelling brings the history and folklore of West Cork to life in a very special way, making each stop a captivating experience. The highlights ranged, from the beautiful Leap waterfall and Castle Salem to the ancient Drombeg Stone Circle. This tour is a perfect blend of culture, history, stories and stunning landscapes. Whether you're a first-timer or a returning guest, Conor and Celine are creating something very special with these GormĂș experiences that never seem to disappoint. Highly recommend and worthy of a big detour!

Easy down the lanes - As a 57 year old man who hasn’t cycled for a long, long time I was slightly apprehensive when my wife booked this trip. I needn’t have worried. The e-bikes are fantastic, it’s like being pushed up the hills! You have to work a bit on some of the hills but it’s very doable. The scenery is amazing and cycling along the little lanes and back roads brought me back to my childhood. Conor is a great guide. He’s easygoing and his love of history and folklore is infectious. You stop off every so often to drink in the view or listen to Conor explain who lived here or why this spot is significant. If you have any interest is doing something a little different do this.

A wonderous life experience - Had a wonderful day exploring the Irish country side in Cork / Leap with Conor Ó Buachalla on an eBike. As it is with every excursion like this, you pray for great weather and the Gods did not disappoint; beautiful sunshine, warmth and clouds for great pictures too. But really what made the trip truly amazing was the time and effort that Conor put into the day. My husband and I felt like we were enjoying the best of this location with a friend taking us out sightseeing for the day. We laughed and even shed a few tears (of joy and wonder ;-) over Conor's great stories and folklore as we went along. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone that likes to experience the great outdoors, experience challenge that will earn you a wonderous life experience. The bikes are in tip top shape, comfortable and easy to use. We felt safe and well looked after, thank you Conor and thank you Gormu for offering such a great tour.

Amazing tour - Conor was fantastic. He shared wonderful stories along the way of the history of the villages and sights we passed. The biking was amazing! We saw areas and vistas we would never have found on our own, and Conor’s local knowledge made the tour extra special. The e-bikes made the biking easy and enjoyable. Very, very highly recommended.
