Adventure awaits in Class III+ rapids during summer months with Class IV in high water springtime. Husum Falls, an optional Class IV waterfall; contingent upon conditions.
Your 4 hour experience includes all the equipment you need, just bring a good attitude for 1.5-2 hours of world class whitewater.

Our friendly staff will check you in and get you suited up for the river!
Nervous? No need to worry - expert guides will do a river orientation so you know what to expect. After that our guides will load you onto a bus for a 10 minute ride to the boat launch.
The 8.5 miles / 2.5 - 3 hour river trip of world class whitewater will end right back at your car.
Take a moment to change into dry clothes, then relive your river rafting trip viewing photos from the day.
Bring a picnic and chill out amongst the beautiful trees of the Pacific Northwest or enjoy the small town of White Salmon!

Extremely fun! - I had a blast! Ron was awesome! Being that this was my first time white water rafting, I was very anxious. He made it seem like it was no big deal and made me feel at ease. Showed up the ropes, helped us paddle along the way, and even took us on a class 5 rapid (optional). I highly recommend this for beginners!

Guide was amazing! - Andrew was amazing!!! Our trip was custom to our needs. He ensured we had a relaxing and fun time. He made sure our safety and knowledge around the trip was a priority. PDX is the best and we will be back!!!

Did Husum Falls!!! - I took my grandsons...We all had a great time! Did some of the falls backwards!! Exciting! Great weather and Eric was awesome as a guide. I did not realize how hard the guides work until I saw my pictures. Beautiful setting, well organized...did Husum Falls!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Best time ever! - This is the second time ive gone with PDX raft, the first with my family and now with my friends. We all had so much flipping fun. It was safe, educational and all over just a good time. I would recommend this company to anyone. Don’t forget sunscreen.

Incredible! - Beautiful river and wonderful staff. As first timers, we were a little nervous and didn’t know what to expect, but we were soon at ease once we started talking with the raft guides who are all very experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and fun! We had an amazing time! Don’t think twice..take the trip. You won’t regret it!!

Funny and Fun!! - Really fun, loved the guides and how engaged they were with all the guests. Shout out to Seth, the guide on our boat - he was really funny (plenty of dad jokes at the ready!), but also knowledgable about the river and the surrounding environment and dropped tons of fun facts. This was my first time rafting and I felt super prepared which made it so that I could just have FUN. Got to jump off a 12 ft. rock, go over an 8 ft. waterfall and of course get DOUSED in the freezing glacier melt water. Would do again!

Amazing!! - The experience was out of this world!! It was soooo worth it! Seth our rafting guide was funny and kept us on our toes at all times! I would do it again, now full day instead of the half! Weather was amazing so was the water, beautiful color of blue and green!

Perfect experience - Absolutely amazing experience. Seth was the best guide ever. I loved that everything was included and we didn’t have to pay extra for the wetsuit and all the other little things. The river was beautiful and the guides shared a lot of knowledge they had about the area. Everybody was so much fun and we will definitely be booking again.

Fun and beautiful - We had a great trip. The river is fun and the scenary is beautiful. PDX rafting had all the equipment including wetsuits which you definitely need. And the guides were great even though the rowers on our boat (us) could not get our act together.
