Delicious food - Nak was a good tour guide, he was funny and explained a lot of things to me. This was a good experience, but make sure to come with an empty belly because it’s a lot of food. Overall, recommended!

Amazing food and cultural experience - The tour started with a hotel pickup which was very much appreciated and we were introduced to our guide, Nak. We went to a couple of local restaurants and the local street market to sample a variety of Khmer dishes. Nak explained each dish in great detail, from how they were prepared and the history behind them and Cambodian food in general. All of the food was fantastic (have a light lunch if you want to get through it all) and I couldn't recommend this tour enough for anyone who wants to experience the local cuisine (there's even an opportunity to try crickets, frogs, etc if you're interested). Nak was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly which made this such a phenomenal experience. My brother and I are grateful to Nak for his excellent hospitality and definitely recommend this tour.

Brilliant night tour! - Nak was a brilliant tour guide and took us to areas of Siem Reap we never would have visited alone. The food was delicious - chive cakes, beef skewers, savoury pancakes, fresh and fried spring rolls. I even tried frog, crickets and silk worms! We returned to the hotel with bellies full of food, and our minds full of wonderful experiences and memories. Do yourself a favour, and book this tour!

Delicious food, fabulous guide - Amazing tour! Nak Chum, our guide took us to a variety of venues, from restaurants to street vendors. Nak was knowledgeable and entertaining. The experience was so much more than tasting the delicious foods Siem Reap has to offer. Highly recommended if you are visiting Siem Reap and looking for great food and great company.

Fun and filling food tasting with a local twist - We had a wonderful last evening in Siem Reap tasting local food with our guide Mr. Nak! He took us to three very different places that we never would have found on our own, and the food was plentiful and delicious. Mr. Nak also told us interesting facts about the history of Cambodia as well as his own personal story. All in all a lovely and memorable evening and perfect finale of our Cambodia trip.

Great food and great conversation - Lux was a great host. He not only showed us all kinds of amazing food, but taught us so much about the customs and daily life in Siem Reap. The food was delicious and Lux helped introduce us to foods we wouldn’t have picked out ourselves. He drove us to a few different neighborhoods which gave us an even better understanding of the city. We loved everything about our tour!

Disappointing amount of options… - This was the least satisfying of 3 different tours I took with Viator while in Siam Reap. Explanation required. Our guide was fantastic…fun loving, great English, and wonderful personality. However, the food options were really limited. We stopped at 3 locations. The first two we had one dish each. At the 3rd location, we were not interested in “fresh” (uncooked vegetables from the street vendor, and it seemed our tour was done. On the way back to hotel, we stopped at another street vendor for some prepackaged “desserts”. From the bit I know of food options in Siam Reap, our bill for food was probably about $5 per person. The advert for this tour says (10 Locals Tasting with Drinks…). As noted above, we stopped 3 time and picked up a package from 3rd vendor. We had water at one place, and pumpkin water at another. Nothing remotely added up to 10 tastings. When we said we did not want uncooked food from street vendors, it seemed there was no alternative. I have lived in Asia 20 years. I know what street food is like. They should have had alternatives…Siam Reap has lots of food options.
