Tenuta Torciano, Matteo incredible - Beautiful Tenuta Torciano, we stayed with friends two weeks ago, and 'was an incredible experience, magnificent winery, great staff, especially Matteo, great attention,, great professionals in the agriculture excellent wines

Best wine and steak I’ve ever had - both michela and sabrina did a great job providing us with excellent service and knowledge of wine and the history of the winery. I would recommend visiting on 12/10. the Florentine steak was the best I have ever eaten. the tasting was good to die for. I would definitely return.

A most do visit to Tenuta Toriano - Amazing grounds and even better staff to make a wonderful experience. Gabrielle, Sam, and Sabrina did a great job with the wine overview, property review and service.

Unforgettable experience - The whole experience was amazing (lunch in the vineyard with wine tasting). Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The wine is very good and the food very tasty. The winemaker that attended us was Pietro Paglioli - he knows all about wine and was kind and friendly. For sure, I 100% recommended and want to be back soon

Worth it! - We were a little early for our appt so they took us to a cute side area and gave us Rose. Promptly sat us at our time. Very cozy ambience sitting in the vineyard with umbrellas. Excellent wines! Antonio was fantastic as well as all the staff. Highly recommend.

Romantic dinner among the grapevines - Yes, yes, yes, do this! We took the train from Florence, and the winery had someone pick us up at (and bring us back to) the Poggibonsi station. The dinner was divine, and the wines were perfectly paired. The vineyard is beautiful, so take some time to explore.

Great time! - We had a great time! Marco was a great host and made the experience fun for my family!! We would do it again.

Chaotic visit and ultimately we were treated very badly - My wife and I visited on holiday having come across Toscana by chance On our first visit, the staff were excellent, friendly and we booked some expensive activities for a second day On the second day, everything was totally different We were spending around £1600 on a lunch and a helicopter trip We were sent to the wrong place, nobody seemed to know what we had booked and it was chaos We did have a lovely lunch and had a great helicopter trip During the lunch, we tried a 2021 vintage Vino Nobile Di Montepulciano It was particularly delicious and I ordered 12 bottles of the 2021 vintage They gave me a bottle of 2021 to bring home to England, which was also delicious When my expensive wine arrived in England, they had sent me had sent to me ( deliberately I believe ) 12 bottles of 2022 vintage which was nowhere near as good I emailed the company to advise they sent me the wrong wine They were very unhelpful and said that because I had not specified the 2021 vintage, which was the only vintage I tried during our expensive lunch , on my old phone I had to put up with the wrong one they had sent me The wine is £60 a bottle , on the 2022 vintage which we did not try during our lunch is nowhere near as good I’ve had various exchanges of emails with this company, but they simply want to hide behind their claim that it was our mistake that they did not send us the wine we ordered Clearly, the 2021 vintage is a much more expensive wine than the 2022 vintage and, quite simply, we’ve been deliberately ripped off and taken advantage of So, do not order any wine from this place and expect chaos when you arrive to be served I’m very cross that we have been deliberately misled and missed sold If I had ordered from a UK winery I will be able to report the business to trading standards and/or take legal action against the Torciano family as clearly they cannot be trusted and, given any opportunity they will rip you off This is all sad as our trip to Tuscany was absolutely fantastic with incredibly friendly people Beautiful towns and cities and wonderful wine and food

Borders on Outright Theft - I am typically an accommodating, laid-back gal who understands and accepts the “tourist tax” when abroad. This experience was so far beyond the pale that I wondered if I was a sucker on a reality television show that aims to break affable tourists by gouging them to death. For about $500 CAD, my mother and I—both very much looking forward to the afternoon—ended up with a passable light lunch and a sales pitch that reminded me of a high-pressure Timeshare scam. We were barely through our appetizers among the scraggly vines when our server pitched us for the first time with an outrageous price list and insisted we were getting 30% off—a “great deal.” He only returned to our table to pitch us again, and we could hear him giving the same spiel to other unwitting guests. Just appalling. There was no tour of the vineyard, no earnest hospitality and no charm: just a maddeningly expensive tourist trap worth neither the two hours nor the money. Where on earth do these people get off charging $500 for two people to eat some soup and cold cuts? I’m crushed that we spent the time we did in such a distasteful place. I am absolutely offended and I would like my money back.
