A Tuscany bucket list vineyard dream must include aTenuto Torciano visit - From the beginning, with the pickup from Mateo and his knowledge of the region and history, with some humor mixed in as we drove from Florence to Tuscany, we knew this was going to be a wonderful experience. Mateo made us feel so comfortable. Once we arrived at the vineyard, we were greeted by the team and given a complimentary glass of wine that was very good. We then proceeded outside for a brief history of the 13 or 14 generations by a worker and family member, about a place that is now led by Luigi, a master wine producer and marketer. We split into groups and began our wine tasting with Pietro. Besides the fact that my girls thought he was good looking young man, he was entertaining and knowledgeable. You can tell he's done this presentation a lot. The service was excellent and the progression of bread, wine, cheeses, lasagna and turkey, all matched to our palette, was everything we dreamed of. They allowed us to enjoy and walk the grounds and take in the experience on our terms. They gave us a complimentary bottle to take with us. We ordered wine delivered to our home and arrived when they said it would arrive. The driving service was on time and the hotel was clean. The view from the hotel as you take a few steps away from the entrance was magical. The Tenuto Torciano experience was amazing! If you are looking for a vineyard on top of a hill, this is not the place. But if you want a beautiful ground level experience filled with excellent wine, excellent service, a family vibe, a welcoming vibe, good food and a Tuscany dream, Tenuto is for you! Torciano Winery is The BEST - I cannot speak highly enough about Torciano Winery. The wine, the food, the staff and even the owner Pieriluigi was 100%. If you are within a couple hour drive, it is well worth it!!!!

Lorenzo was fantastic! - Lorenzo provided an excellent experience with wine sampling. In addition, the food was fantastic and the lasagna the best in all of Italy. We also enjoyed the soup selection. Highly recommend this estate.

Recommend for a true wine tasting and lunch experience - Extremely personalised wine tasting experience. The team was extremely helpful every single one of them and the wine was explained and suggested the best way according to each taste and each dish of the menu. Valeria was super helpful and pleasant, it's a definite place for someone to wind off and experience the true Tuscan culture and roots. April is the perfect weather for this trip. The best tour you can do in Italy - Matteo drove us to this winery and was an amazing driver and teacher. He made the experience so enjoyable. We did a private experience and it was a dream come true. I highly recommend this as a once in a lifetime dream wine experience in Tuscany. You won’t be disappointed. This was the best wine experience of my life. Fernando spent the best time with us. The food and wine was amazing.

Lovely wine history experience - Chiara and Laila provided the best experience of wine tasting ever, everything in details, they do it with love, showing the traditions of wine of the family lasts over 300 years! You will feel blessed once you visit this lovely tenuta, glacier!

Lunch and wine tour - Had an amazing lunch and wine tasting at Tenuta Torciano. Marco was super knowledgeable about the wines and a great host! Matteo, our driver, also teaches wine and talked through the history of the region and provided insight on the wines. All in all a great experience, we had the best time!

A good year... - We had a very nice family experience! We were 8 and it was fun to taste different types of wine all together and see what we looked like and what we didn't, but the place is cute and the winery where the tasting takes place is lovely. I felt the tasting somewhat rushed as if they were in a hurry to sit down and serve us all to finish.Our very friendly Sommelier but did not give us any very meaningful information everything was laughs and jokes but it was not a very formal tasting discussing the notes of the wines or the best pairings. The food is nothing of note. Maybe a walk or explanation through the vineyards would have been nice. There is an opportunity to try and buy in the store. Which adds a chic touch to the experience. Next time I'll look for other vineyards.
