A fun and beautiful day in Tuscany - The truffle hunting was an experience to remember for a lifetime. We had so much fun with the dogs, learning how they are trained, how truffles grow and the differences among the different types. We helped once the dogs told us where to dig. The lunch and wine tasting after was a true dining experience. We enjoyed both the food and wine. Giving us a wide selection of different wines to try from Tuscany. They were also flexible accommodating allergies and vegetarian diets. A fun day from which we will take home many fond memories.

Truffle hunting - Amazing experience to see the truffle puddle dogs in their hunt of the black truffle. The Italian truffle hunter was very exciting to hear explaining everything about truffle - the four different versions and why using dogs is so much better than pigs in France. After some hours hunting truffle we had a nice big lunch with truffle on some of the food and tasted the winery's amazing wines. Can only recommend. Be aware the area of this vineyard it pretty big with three main gates.

Five star Tuscan experience - This visit surpassed all expectations. The setting is gorgeous. We started with a hand made pasta cooking class, then an amazing lesson on truffle hunting and the hunt itself. Finally an excellent lunch and superb wine tasting. The staff were wonderful. This is still a family business and you can feel it. Don't miss!

Fun Experience - A lot of info on truffles before the actual truffle hunting. A little long for my liking. The dogs are cute but the actual hunting is short. This is definitely geared for tourists. Food & wine were great & you better love truffle on your food. It was yummy!

Not authentic - Bit of a tourist trap. Didn’t feel like authentic truffle hunting in a forest. The food was good but there was way too much of it. The wine was average and very over priced and it just felt all like a massive sales pitch.

Ok but very touristy - Overall we had fun doing the truffle ‘hunting’ and lunch but it is very touristy, so people should be aware of this beforehand. I was expecting a proper walk through a forest with a guide and a couple of truffle hunting dogs but this is definitely not what you get. The ‘forest’ that you do the truffle hunting in is an area about 50m squared at the edge of the vineyard where they have planted a few lines of oak trees and are cultivating truffles. This is definitely not a wild truffle hunting experience. You can’t get white truffles here as it states in the description, which is misleading, as they only grow in wild forests. The guide was great though and made it fun despite this inauthentic experience. With the wine tasting and lunch, again don’t expect a small group authentic experience in a small vineyard. Expect bus loads of tourists, lined up tables with paper place mats and order forms for grossly overpriced wine. The quality of the food and wine was very good, so no fault there, it’s just aimed at mass tourism.

Not a great experience - Unfortunately we did not enjoy this experience so much. They started over an hour late, and it's really more of a 2 hour experience than 4. The truffle hunt itself was fine but in a very small area, not like you are wandering through the woods. The lunch and wine tasting were extremely under whelming. Very little education, very touristy. The cost felt exorbitant to what you got in return.
