Bwindi Impenetrable National Park - Wake up for early morning breakfast at around 5.30 am, pick up your packed lunch and transfer to the point. Park ranger will group and assign each into 8 people (gorilla group) you will be tracking. Proceed forest for trekking the gentle giants. After about an hour of encounter with Mountain Gorilla, return to the snacks, and refreshments and get ready for the journey back to Kigali.

The Bwindi Impenetrable Forest is a vast ancient forest situated in southwestern Uganda, within the Kanungu District. It lies on the edge of the Albertine Rift, the western branch of the East African Rift, with elevations ranging from 1,160 to 2,607 meters.

The forest is home to approximately 160 tree species, over 100 fern species, and numerous butterflies.

The Bwindi forest is believed to be a remnant of a large forest that once spanned most of Rwanda, Burundi, Uganda, and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
