Murchison Falls National Park - Expect an early morning arrival or land the day before. A guide will warmly welcome you to Uganda and accompany you on a flight to Murchison Falls National Park. Upon arrival, a driver guide will greet you and take you on a game drive as you proceed to your lodge for breakfast and check-in, followed by dinner and an overnight stay.
Game Drive and Boat Cruise
Murchison Falls National Park - After an early breakfast, explore the Northern section of Murchison, known for its rich savannah wildlife. Enjoy viewing and photographing elephants, buffaloes, waterbucks, giraffes, Uganda kob, lions, and possibly leopards, along with a variety of bird species. Return to your accommodation for lunch and a brief rest. After lunch, embark on a 3-hour boat trip to the base of the falls. This trip is often considered the highlight of the safari in Murchison Falls, as it allows you to get close to the water’s wildlife. Cruise past large hippo pods, crocodiles, and numerous aquatic birds on the north bank en route to the majestic waterfalls. Optionally, proceed for a hike to the top of the falls. Though strenuous, reaching the top is an unforgettable experience. Return to your accommodation.

Day 3: Transfer to Kibale National Park
Kibale National Park - Begin your journey to Kibale Forest N.P. today. The scenic drive passes through tea plantations and lush green countryside, characteristic of Uganda. A packed lunch is included, which you can enjoy along the way. Spend the late afternoon relaxing and enjoying a lovely view of the forest and its wildlife.

Chimpanzee Tracking and Bigodi Swamp Walk
Kibale National Park - Experience some serious monkey business today! Kibale Forest National Park boasts the highest number of primate species in the world, including chimpanzees. Approximately 5,000 chimpanzees live in the wild in Uganda, making it an ideal place to spot them! An experienced ranger will guide you on a chimp tracking adventure in the morning or afternoon. Once you locate the chimpanzees, you will have a full hour with them. Your swamp walk will take you through grassland, small communities, and beautiful scenery, where locals are likely to greet you with enthusiastic waves. It is common to spot three to four different primate species during this walk, with the highlight being a glimpse of the great blue turaco!

Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park with an Afternoon Boat Cruise
Queen Elizabeth National Park - Wake up early today and transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Upon arrival, enjoy lunch and then embark on an afternoon boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, which connects Lake George and Lake Albert. Here, you will see numerous hippos and a variety of other animals that come to the waterhole to drink or bathe. Expect to see buffaloes, crocodiles, bathing elephants, and a wide range of beautiful birds. This will undoubtedly be one of the highlights of your tour. Queen Elizabeth N.P. is Uganda’s second-largest park, located at the base of the majestic Rwenzori Mountain range, adjacent to Lake Edward and Lake George. In the evening, enjoy a game drive into the park.

Morning Game Drive and Evening Crater Drive
Queen Elizabeth National Park - Rise early today. Before sunrise, coffee/tea will be served in the lounge before you head out for a long game drive to catch the first rays of light. Search for all the wildlife in the park, including elephants, buffaloes, lions, waterbucks, leopards, Uganda kob, and many warthogs. A well-deserved lunch will be served back at the lodge. In the evening, embark on a crater drive to view the crater lakes, then return for dinner and an overnight stay at your lodge.
Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Bwindi Impenetrable National Park - After breakfast, enjoy a game drive with the chance to spot tree-climbing lions as you head to Bwindi. Buhoma Community Haven Lodge is a spacious site above Buhoma village, a 5-minute drive from the main road, offering the best views across Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Opened in December 2014, it caters to clients seeking more than budget accommodation.
Gorilla Tracking in Bwindi Forest
Bwindi Impenetrable National Park - Prepare for an encounter with one of Bwindi’s gentle giants: the rare mountain gorilla. For many, this is the highlight of their Ugandan safari. The gorillas you will track belong to one of nine habituated family groups that tolerate human presence for a brief period each day. Your gorilla trekking will be an exciting journey along forested slopes, entwined vines, bushes, and bamboo before reaching the gorillas’ habitat. Along the way, your guide will point out signs of previous gorilla activity, including dung, nests, and chewed bamboo shoots. Once the gorillas are located, you will have a maximum of one hour with them. Afterwards, return to your lodge for relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.
Fly Back to Entebbe for Drop Off
Entebbe - After a relaxed breakfast today, you will be transferred to Kihihi or Kisoro airstrip to catch a flight back to Entebbe.
