- City Palace of Udaipur - The City Palace of Udaipur exemplifies the opulence once enjoyed by the rulers of Mewar and remains equally splendid today. Situated on the eastern banks of Lake Pichola, the palace showcases a fusion of Rajasthani, European, Chinese, and Mughal architectural styles, making it a captivating highlight of Udaipur. The palace complex includes notable monuments such as the Monsoon Palace, Lake Palace, Jagdish Temple, Jag Mandir, and Neemach Mata Temple, all set against the stunning backdrop of the Aravalli Mountains. Constructed entirely of marble and granite, the palace features exquisite marble work, mirror work, silver work, inlay work, wall paintings, and murals.
- Jagdish Temple - Jagdish Temple is a prominent temple in Udaipur, located within the City Palace complex. Built in the Indo-Aryan architectural style in 1651 by Maharana Jagat Singh, who reigned over Udaipur from 1628 to 1653, the temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu (Laxmi Narayan), the preserver of the universe. It is renowned as the largest temple in Udaipur, with its entrance situated 150 meters from the Bara Pol of the City Palace.
- Ahar Cenotaphs - The Ahar Cenotaphs, located about 2 km east of Udaipur in Ahar, Rajasthan, India, comprise a collection of over 250 cenotaphs of the maharajas of Mewar, constructed over approximately 350 years. Nineteen chhatris commemorate the 19 maharajas who were cremated here, and the site is also known as the Mahasati.
- Lake Pichola - Lake Pichola is an artificial freshwater lake created in 1362 AD, named after the nearby Picholi village. Over the centuries, its surroundings and several islands within the lake have been developed with palaces, marble temples, family mansions, and bathing ghats. The renowned Lake Palace, now a heritage hotel, is situated in the middle of the lake, with the islands Jag Niwas and Jag Mandir located within Lake Pichola.
- Spices of India - The journey continues through Bada Bazar, followed by a visit to the vegetable and spices market, which offers everything from fresh fruits, vegetables, tea, and spices to livestock and household items.
- Sahelion Ki Bari - Constructed by Maharana Bhopal Singh, Sahelion Ki Bari, meaning Garden of the Maids, is located in the northern part of the city. It features fountains, kiosks, a lotus pool, and marble elephants, with each water channel producing a unique sound that enhances the ambiance. A small museum is also present. Sahelion Ki Bari was designed for a group of 48 young women attendants who accompanied a princess to Udaipur as part of her dowry.
