• Cordillera del Arcoiris Palccoyo - Guests will be collected from their hotel in Cusco at approximately 4:45 a.m. The journey will take them through the picturesque South Valley to the charming colonial town of Checacupe, where they can stretch, enjoy a snack, or use the restrooms.

Visitors will have the opportunity to see the historic rope bridge, colonial houses, and a 17th-century church before proceeding to Palccoyo Rainbow Mountain. The drive will pass through remote Andean villages, with the guide providing insights into local life and traditions.

At the trailhead, guests can enjoy a snack box before embarking on a gentle hike to the summit. The path leads through the breathtaking Stone Forest (Bosque de Piedras), a natural marvel of jagged rock formations.

From the summit, guests can take in sweeping views of colorful valleys and snow-capped peaks. They will learn about Andean myths and the locals’ connection with nature.

After exploring, the group will descend, stop in Checacupe for lunch, and return to Cusco by 6:30 p.m.
