Finding Stillness and Friendship in Tây Hồ: A Journey into Buddhist Rituals

Drawn by the promise of spiritual wisdom and a deeper understanding of meditation, I embarked on a journey to Tây Hồ. What unfolded was a transformative experience that transcended cultural boundaries and nurtured both my mind and spirit.

Embracing Stillness in Tây Hồ

As I stepped into the serene grounds of Thien Nien Temple in Tây Hồ, I felt an immediate sense of calm wash over me. The temple, with its ancient architecture and tranquil surroundings, seemed to whisper stories of wisdom and peace. I was here to participate in the Buddhist Rituals retreat, a journey into the heart of Buddhist practices and philosophies.

Our guide, Hieu, welcomed us with a gentle smile and a warm demeanor that instantly put everyone at ease. Her presence was like a gentle breeze, calming and reassuring. As someone who grew up in a multicultural household, I have always been fascinated by the intersection of different cultures and traditions. This retreat promised to deepen my understanding of meditation and Buddhist doctrines, and I was eager to immerse myself in the experience.
