Family rafting - Thanks to Edouardo and Juan Luis for their welcome. We had a great time as a family. Private exit. The guide told us that we were passing level 3 because we were in the dry season. It was perfect emotionally. We saw many birds and a sloth. I recommend

Great family experience on river Pacuare - Punctual and friendl pick up from the team. Very friendly staff. Clear Safety introduction, guide in a kayak in front and guide with us in the boat. Knew the river very well. Told us loads about the surroundings. Lunch was excellent, we had great fun swimming during lunch break. Changing rooms (tent). Excellent service and sooo much fun for our kids and us!

Best rafting trip ever - What an experience! Eduardo and Pablo were incredible and we highly recommend Explornatura. Rafting the Pacuare was by far the best rafting ever.

From San Jose to Pacuare, 25 km of paddling and back all in one day! - The river was amazing. There were rapids around every corner probably 18 different rapids, and it was always full of excitement. There were some canyons with Stillwater where we could take pictures and the food was great. The guides were very personable, and we highly recommend this trip… It is, however a long day if you do the whole thing in one day with the shuttle buses from San Jose area.

White water rafting experience - An amazing day on the river. The guides were fantastic and so knowledgeable about the history of the local area and environment. Lunch on the river bank was a special moment with fresh fruit and wraps. Such a beautiful area and so peaceful watching the wildlife whilst listening to instructions from the guide!

Fun times messing about on the river - Absolutely brilliant day! We did the rafting as part of an organised trip to CR and it was such great fun. Our guide was Jose-Reyes(?) He had 23 years experience and was funny and knowledgeable (and a little bit crazy!) but we felt safe at all times. Good instruction at the beginning so we all knew what to. The river and scenery were absolutely stunning and we had time to enjoy these before tackling the level 3/4 rapids - which were challenging enough to get the adrenaline flowing but never scary. We even had lunch freshly prepared by the guides on the banks of the river which was delicious and just what we needed after a morning rowing. On the whole, an excellent day. Thank you!

Pura Vida - Our guide Pablo, and our Safety guide Jorge we’re lots of fun, they kept it light and gave us the impression of professionalism throughout our rafting experience. Our group was small and the lunch they made for us on the trip was better than some dishes I had in the cities of Costa Rica. 10/10 i would reccomend this trip.

Adventure whitewater rafting for beginners - We had a fantastic day on the river. The rafting tour was easy for beginners. The guide led us safely through all the rapids with his perfect instructions. In between we had a wonderful swim in the river. Explanations about animals and nature were great. Fantastic lunch

Great experience! - The descent is rhythmic and accessible to all (dry season). In addition, Pablo and his team prepared a delicious lunch for us on a small beach, in this exceptional 100% natural setting! We'll be amazed all along! I highly recommend this descent with Explorenatura :) Good mood and pura vida!

Great time on the Pacuare! - We had an amazing experience on this beautiful river! The guides were highly skilled, knowledgeable about the entire area, and had a great sense of humor. We travelled as a family of five and our whole group was only 2 boats, which allowed us to enjoy the peacefulness of the river. Highly recommend this company!!!
