5* highly recommend - 5* highly recommend. Treated like royalty from start to finish. Pick up on time. Welcome drink on arrival with package details explained. Changing room private spotlessly clean scrub amazing and staff so respectful and helpful especially helping my friend into the jacuzzi who has disability. Massage was the best ive had and the gentleman took care not to massage to firmly. Only wish Id have booked this at the start of my holiday so we could go twice....worth every penny and then some

Wonderful Egyptian Turkish bath experience - Excellent Turkish bath experience. Not far from the hotel I was staying and therefore ver convenient. The services were excellent and no hassle for asking any extra service and end up with exactly what I paid for. Last year when I went to Turkey and ended up with a lot of extra to pay at the end. So full mark for Egyptian Turkish bath.

Great spa but be aware of Dr Fish - Very clean spa. I had my experience with Fatma and she was wonderful. I wasn’t comfortable with the men hanging around so she took me to a private room. She was so understanding, really lovely lady!
Be aware of Dr Fish though. This isn’t part of the package and he will charge you extra after using it. No signs to show it is separate to the spa and he doesn’t tell you until you have sat there for 5 minutes. We only had the money we wanted to tip with which meant we couldn’t tip the wonderful ladies. (Sorry Fatma!)
Would have given 5 star if it wasn’t for Dr Fish

Once is enough - The massage was OK...the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. You are not informed about the program. Too many people are processed at once...I also had children in the room who were very loud...It is not easy to relax there

Not a good experience - Not muslim friendly which was promised during booking. Very unproffesional workers and inappropiate behavior. They wanted to split us up eventhough we mentioned several times that we wanted to do everything together. They kept speaking arabic eventhough we asked them to speak english which made it very uncomfortabel. Don’t go if you’re a practising muslim.
