- Xel-Há Park - Xel-Há is made up of different spaces such as the aquatic activities area, the Lighthouse, the aquatic Zip Lines, the Stone of Valor, the underground rivers, the Caleta, the Bahía de los Caprichos, the cenotes and the Mangroves. To orient ourselves there are panels with maps and indications that facilitate mobility. We can also download the map on our mobile (for sustainability reasons, a paper map is not provided).

Xel-Há is an enchanting enclave that intertwines nature and recreational activities suitable for all age groups and preferences. Among the most famous locations of the park is La Caleta, a point where the freshwater from subterranean rivers merges with the Caribbean Sea’s saline waters. It resembles a natural aquarium, hosting numerous diverse marine species in an environment that allows for both visual and tactile exploration. Encased by a backdrop of tropical forest and mangroves, the park offers not only swimming areas but also cenotes. Situated across from Xcaret, Xel Há focuses more on aquatic pastimes.
The chronicles of Xel-Há are closely connected to the Mayan civilizations that resided in the vicinity prior to the Spanish invasion. The name Xel-Há translates to ‘inlet of water’ or ‘place where waters are born’, a nod to the natural harbor of La Caleta, the site where the waters of different subterranean rivers emerge.
