Shared Magic - Our recent tour with Absolute Adventure Mexico exceeded our expectations (2 adults, & kids 15, 12). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND a private tour as it saves time and provides a more intimate experience. Don't go with the crowded tours advertised at the resorts!!! Our pickup and drop-off were timely and comfortable; we had just the right amount of time at each location without feeling rushed. The Tulum ruins and history are fascinating and Cenote Nicte-Ha was pure magic. The fabulous, fresh lunch and margaritas at Restaurante Juanita was the perfect way to end our tour. Alex (guide) and Omar (driver) were courteous and professional, and Alex's knowledge of the area and Mayan history is vast. He is a credentialed, experienced tour guide and fluent English speaker. Alex made our trip to Tulum truly magical! He believes in the importance of shared experiences to connect us and we wholeheartedly agree. His love for the local history, and culture, and joy for sharing it with others is a special experience not to be missed on your visit to the area. However, if you don't end up getting Alex as your guide, it's apparent that Absolute Adventure values quality tours and guides, so you are in good hands. We will book another tour with Absolute Adventure when we return to Mexico and specifically request Alex. Thank you, Alex and Omar!

Private tour 10/10 - We did a private tour to the Tulum Ruins, Kaan Luum lagoon, & Cenote Corazón. It was a nice mix of some beautiful sites, & a perfect amount of time. Our guide Juan was awesome, we loved chatting with him & it was as if we knew each other. We shared a lot of laughs. Our driver was great as well & very safe. The sites were incredible & Juan was very knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend!

Family trip to Mexico - Alex and Arturo are the BEST!!! They arrived to our house on time! Van was large enough and comfortable for all 9 of us. Arturo was a super safe driver, very courteous and helped Alex take care of us, making sure we all had our gear and anything else we needed. Alex knows his history and has so much knowledge!! He was accommodating to all questions, needs and requests. He even got down to our 8 yr old granddaughters level to listen to her question and explain answers. So sweet! Their care and concern for your safety was spot on!! We choose the Tulum Cenote adventure. We never felt rushed. The cave Cenote was so awesome! We smorkled at our comfort level. They were there for our safety!! Highly recommend Arturo and Alex!! Thank you both for an amazing adventure!!

10/10 would recommend - Alex and Arturo made this such a relaxing and fun way to explore the Tulum ruins. As a family, we debated renting a car and setting out on our own from PDC, but settled on this tour for the ease and it was well worth it. We learned so much from our guide Alex about Yucatan history, Aztec and Mayan history! He dropped knowledge from the moment we stepped into the van until we left Tulum. Amazing. The Cenote tour was unlike anything we’ve ever done, snorkeling in the cave Cenote with crystal clear water was so refreshing and nice. In all, we spent a paltry amount more to have a relaxing, and much deeper experience than we would have gotten from designing our own day.

Excellent tour and guided! - Absolutely thrilled with our experience with Alex and Omar from Absolute Adventure Mexico! From the moment we embarked on our journey through the Mayan Ruins to diving into the crystal-clear waters of a Cenote and swimming with majestic turtles, every moment was seamlessly orchestrated by Alex and expertly navigated by Omar. Their passion for the history and beauty of the region was contagious, and Alex's depth of knowledge added immeasurable value to our adventure. Simone and I couldn't have asked for a more memorable day, and we wholeheartedly recommend Absolute Adventure Mexico to anyone seeking an unforgettable exploration of Mexico's wonders. Thank you, Alex and Omar, for making our experience truly exceptional!

Great trip with no stress - Alex and Arturu were amazing guides on our trip. So much knowledge, history, and information was given. Tulum was the first stop and we got there at 8am so it wasn’t too hot yet. Then we went to a cenote to snorkel and cool down. We then ate at a local Mayan restaurant which was very delicious. Would use them again!

Alex and Rodrigo - The BEST adventure experience! - As everyone says , this was THE highlight of our trip! Alex and Rodrigo picked us up at 7am sharp from our hotel. We had about a 45 minute drive to Tulum ruins where Alex educated us about the history of the Mayan culture and what to expect when we arrived. The van was nice and cool, fresh water and beers stocked, and we arrived just before 8. We were there before all the crowds, and Alex took us through the ruins with so much info and history. The ruins are such an incredible site to see, the pictures do not do it justice! We were able to shop a bit at the general store before heading off to our cenote. We were given a few options, and chose to do the underground option. It was just absolutely stunning. Barely anyone there once again and we were able to take our time and relax and cool off. After the cenote we had an amazing lunch at a local restaurant just a few minutes away. Alex was such a pleasure to talk with, and we had fish tacos and shrimp tacos to fill us up. After lunch we headed to Akumal for some snorkeling with turtles. Crystal clear water and beautiful scenery. There were tons of sea turtles. Rodrigo and Alex were the best, and made our experience easy, memorable and informative. I hope to come back to Playa Del Carmen and book another experience with them. I HIGHlY recommend this company for any of your adventurous activities!! Thank you again to Alex and Rodrigo!!!

A fun and eventful day - This was a great way to see multiple sights in one day! We got to the ruins early before the heat and crowds. We had just enough time to hear the history and see the sights before we were on to the next stop. The cenote was small and quant with only a few groups of people so we weren’t crowded. It was beautiful. I personally would’ve enjoyed a little more time here but we had to stay on schedule. Lunch at the Mayan restaurant was delicious! Snorkeling with the turtles and fishies was so fun. We got to see some coral too! All of our guides were friendly and knowledgeable. I’m bad with names so I think Arturo was our driver, Enrique was our guide, and maybe Mateo was our snorkeling guide. Thanks again for providing us with a fun and eventful day!

Great tour and enjoyable day - This was a great tour. It was especially nice to arrive at the Tulum ruins earlier than the crowds. We had a choice of cenotes and the one we chose was fanastic. Our guide Arturo was very knowledgeable. We did do a swim with turtles. This was a little busy for our liking with lots of people crowding the turtles. Didn’t stay at that stop long. Oh and the restaurant stop was really good.

Do this tour!! We loved it!! - We had a really wonderful day with Alex the guide and Omar the driver! We toured the Tulum ruins where Alex gave us many interesting details and was full of knowledge to share. We swam in an underground cenote which was beautiful!! We had a great lunch and finally, swam with sea turtles, sting rays, fish and a sea snake in the ocean. The entire time, Alex was attentive to our comfort and even let us stop for a breakfast snack since it had been too early at our hotel to eat before the tour. We loved the day!! Thank you Alex and Omar. Great work 👍👍
