Toddler friendly excursion - This tour was absolutely incredible and you need to go! We took our 18 month old daughter (booked directly on the company website) and had a great day. We were so looked after all day by Carlos, our incredibly knowledgeable guide. There was a car seat prepared in the van, and she even got to come zip lining with me!! If you’re looking for a tour that you can do with a toddler, look no further! This day was truly incredible. Thank you Carlos for sharing your passion with us and for helping us learn so much!! You’re the best!

Amazing Day, Perfect Guide, Family Friendly! - What an incredible experience! Our tour guide, Carlos, was absolutely wonderful, always taking time to answer any question that came up and ensuring that we were engaged every moment of the trip. Our driver, Arthur, was also incredible! It’s the little things, like always ensuring that our vehicle’s air conditioning was running a minute before we got back to ensure we weren’t getting in a warm car. I would definitely recommend Mexico Kan Tours to anyone wanting visiting Tulum or Playa del Carmen!

Amazing day with so many highlights - This was an absolutely spectacular tour, with one great experience after another. Riding bikes around well preserved Mayan ruins, ziplining over a jungle with monkeys, lunch in a small Mayan village, and finally cooling off in a cenote with an exciting jump. Our guide Alonso was very knowledgeable and friendly. He gave great explanations all day and could answer all our questions. Overall one of the best organized tour I've ever done. Looking forward to our next Mexico Kan tour.

This inland tour of the Riviera Maya was packed with information, sites and fun. - Wow! This inland tour of the Riviera Maya was packed with information, sites and fun. Starting at the Coba archeological site, we rode bikes in the jungle among the ruins. Salvador is an excellent guide with in depth knowledge of the history of the Mayan civilization including as it’s layered and affected with simultaneous historical events. Salvador made the day fun, was always responsive and accurate. An excellent host. We then drove out to the monkey sanctuary and were guided by a friendly local Mayan man. He spotted several monkey families rather quickly. After zip lining and canoing we visited a local ranch and had lunch. As an aside we felt they did an excellent job making sure the zip lining equipment was properly fitted and all the equipment and line itself were in excellent condition. It’s a big day for active persons and appropriate for adventurous children. Victor, our driver, was a very safe and courteous driver. We highly recommend this tour from Mexico Kan Tours.

Interesting mix of activities. History, culture, food, nature and wildlife. - Our day visiting Coba and Punta Laguna was great. The small group tour was led by Alejo. He had many interesting insights from his architecture background and kept us on pace while not ever rushing us through. Alejo managed our expectations by explaining why we might not see monkeys on that particular day but we did find some after all. I felt we learned a lot about the history, culture, food, nature and wildlife while also having some fun. Our driver that day was calm and steady and safely navigated some gnarly traffic and road conditions. I will definitely check out some of the other tours on my next trip. One tip for others would be to consider closed shoes. Others on our tour navigated the slightly rocky jungle hike with sandals but I was glad that I wore sneakers.

An amazing adventure! - Wonderful experience! The Spider monkeys were incredible, and saw a mother with her baby. Got to jump into a spectacular cenote. The walk through the jungle and biking around Coba were terrific. Carlos was an absolutely amazing guide, incredibly knowledgeable of the nature and history and Mayan culture, and super enthusiastic and fun. And our driver Roberto was great! Definitely would recommend!!

Action packed day - This was such a good full day trip. Carlos was an excellent guide and very knowledgeable about the historical site of Coba. Our driver Roberto was a very safe driver. There were so many different activities involved in the day. Firstly, we cycled around the vast site of Coba then moved on to Punta Laguna where we walked through the jungle after being blessed by a Shaman. Almost immediately we saw lots of spider monkeys with babies attached. We then zip-lined across a lake and canoed back. All activities were optional. A delicious lunch was prepared by a family who rehabilitated animals. Then finally we went for a refreshing swim at a cenote. The day was very well organised and there is nothing to be anxious about.
