Best experience in Tulum - One in a life time experience! The group was fun and everyone helped take pictures. Staff also take a bunch of photos and it’s about $50 for about 45 pics. Juliooooo!!! He was the best guide ever! A total vibe! After it was all done I high key wanted to book it again just to hang out with Julio and do it all again 😂 zip lines were fast and long def worth it. ATV ride was long and fun! And the horses were cute but it was a slow ride. Now the CENOTEEEEE was one for the books every educational and not scary at all! 10/10 experience book it asap u won’t regret it. Mind you I went solo 🫣😂

Amazing adventure day - This was a great day! The pickup was smooth and each activity was well planned and paced. We chose to do ATVs, horseback riding, ziplining and the cenotes. Not sure what folks did when the few of us went horseback riding but they didn’t seem to mind. Lunch at the end was a great way to wrap the day before leaving the site. Our guide Jose was funny and informative, and his energy made the time that much better. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Tulum! - The cenote alone was well worth the price. Cruise was our tour guide and he was so fun and knowledgeable. The Myan ceremony melted my heart. Just beautiful!!! Thank you Adrenaline Maya and TripAdvisor!!!

Best excursion!! - This excursion was so much fun! You ride ATVs for about 30-45 minutes through the jungle. Then you climb up to the first zipline (stairs) which is the longest one. Not for people afraid of heights.. you are literally above all the trees and then some. A few more zip lines to follow then you go and swim in the cenote. Jose was our guide and he was great! He explained everything so well and was funny! We had a great time and after everything they served us a yummy lunch! Def recommended!!!

It was okay - Pros: ziplining was great, Atvs were cool, cenote was great and refreshing after all that sweating. The food was pretty good too. It seemed like a home cooked Mexican meal. Cons: the van we were placed in was not air conditioned and it seemed like they didn’t really care. We literally couldn’t breathe in there. The horseback riding wasn’t that great. I thought the horses would be a little better taken care of but they are not. They seemed stressed and tired. Won’t be doing horseback riding again unless it’s at a stable. The tour guide was great. He remembered names and gave us a great history on cenotes. If you’re doing this experience I definitely recommend choosing the experience that doesn’t have horseback riding as an option.

Not what we expected - I will start by saying that our guide was good, he was funny and nice and recommended an amazing taco spot. Most of the staff were generally pleasant (if a bit disengaged). The cenote was pretty cool, a unique experience and some good information shared. Beyond that… we were looking for some adventure and a uniquely Mexican experience, and somehow this managed to check off the words in the description while being nothing like what we anticipated at all. Our transport from the meeting point was over 20 minutes late. We made an extra stop for another 10+ minutes where another woman on board was badgered in front of her whole family and the rest of the guests about owing more money (later deemed not to). We drove down a long bumpy dirt road to what was essentially a summer camp. Ready for some adrenaline? Hop on an ATV — to drive… slowly… in a line… stopping every 2 minutes… down that same dirt road and back up again. But wait, there’s more — hop on a horse to be walked… slowly… up the same road for 4 minutes… and back again. Adventure!!! The zip line was kind of cool, though you have to go carrying all of your stuff and my bag was hanging from my neck, I was nervous the whole time I was going to get caught on a tree branch. It was stormy and once our group got through one zip line they said for safety reasons we couldn’t do any more zip lines or rappelling (which is understandable but I can’t speak more to whether that part was actually where the fun happened). The “Mayan Ceremony” was a rushed box checking exercise with staff yelling and driving ATVs around in the parking lot next to the “ceremony.” Overall the experience was mostly killed by the fact that most of this “maya adrenaline” experience was sitting around and waiting. The camp vibe meant many groups were being shuttled around between activities but it wasn’t timed well and staff didn’t seem to know what was going on, so we spent more time standing than doing anything (even driving up and down the same road over again). I am not saying this couldn’t be exactly what you and your group are looking for. There were some groups and families on our trip that seemed to have a fine time. It just was unfortunately a waste of a vacation day for our group of people who are actually reasonably adventurous and we would have been better served putting our own day together to make a more meaningful and fun Mexico experience.

A Tour To Avoid - While in Tulum we did several tours and I enjoyed all of them except this one. My husband and I wanted to do this tour because of the horseback riding and there weren't many options so we decided to take a chance on the tour even though it did not have many reviews. The reason we did not enjoy this tour is because it was unsafe and a scam. For example, they advertised a 20km ATV trip through the jungle and a horseback ride through the jungle. The ATV trip couldn't have been more than 10km and was just on a dirt road and the "trail ride" was more of a 5 minute pony ride. On top of that they did not size helmets correctly, even the tour guides were wearing their helmets wrong. Their goal was clearly to take your money and give you a half-baked experience. They didn't even care enough to give us a waiver in English, meaning that whatever we signed was void because we do not understand Spanish. However, the thing that made us leave early was the way they treated their horses. All the horses looked and acted dehydrated and starved and the guides would hit them with sticks if they didn't do what they wanted. Now, I'm not professional, but that doesn't sit right with me. At this point, we did not trust them with the ziplining so we asked to leave. A guy drove us to the side of highway and left us there and then sat while we waited for a taxi. The driver clearly had the time to drive us 10 min down the road back to the drop-off location, instead he just watched us sit there for 20 minutes while we waited for the taxi. Overall, a horrible experience they are scammers that only want your money, don't care about your safety, and abuse their animals. Go to Selva Maya, which is next door to them, where they give you a full and safe experience that is tons of fun.

UNSAFE EQUIPMENT - My ATV wheel came off and I could’ve seriously been hurt. After that, I was told to switch out for an atv that didn’t have working brakes. The equipment at this facility is not safe. The woman in front of me also had a very unstable wheel that could’ve caused her to get hurt. The cenotes is fun but you’re only in the water for 10minutes
