Very interesting ruins - When I booked my reservation I asked if when we are in Playa Del Carmen can I visit the HardRock cafe there when we are in the downtown area for a hour? I was informed that it is walking distance. I called two other times to confirm that, and was not told that the HRC is not nearby. I boarded the tour bus , and was told that it is too faraway which was very disappointing to me. My concierge, and Viator tried to reach the local tour operator but, they did not answer the phone a day before my tour Tuesday at 9 am. Some passengers boarded the tour bus not wearing masks. Ulysses one of the tour guides led me on better paths as I have some ankle pai ,and helped provide other information. I do not know why they do not know the name of my hotel ,and still called it by its former name?
