Great trip - Well planned and organised trip, our guide was great and very informative. Long day and a lot of walking so wear comfortable shoes and take sunscreen water and snacks.

Must do. - Amazing adventure, but be aware of a lot of extra fees (for drinks, bike ride or rental for the couple miles at Coba in a one-hour stop, life vest required at cenote, and there was a fun 4th stop after the cenote/lunch. Lunch was 5pm, so bring snacks or they can be purchased at Tulum. Pickup was confusing. Map location link provided was half a block away (from where we were later told they were looking for us) and there were several busses and hundreds of people. We were there early, but company said we were not where we needed to be. Call the company and ask what door to be by, what vehicle is picking you up (bus or van, color)... We were able to uber 25 min to another meeting point.

So far the best trip in Mexico in terms of company - It was really nice trip. The bus was big and comfortable, ac and usb port. The guides were actually funny and welcoming (Marco and the other guide don’t remember his name started with F). Lunch is about 3:30pm and you will be back home at about 9-10pm with is perfect for me. We had multiple chances to buy snacks during the day so you won’t starve.

Good Tour But Some Administration Could Be Improved - + the ruins themselves + guides were professional and knowledgeable - actual informational side of each ruin visit was too short. - check-in the morning of the tour was horrific (need to do significantly better

It’s great if you are prepared - We loved our guide he was really informative. Our bus broke down but it worked out fine, it was kind of confusing with the meeting spot. The biggest negative if there is no water or drinks included! Also no food until 3ish so eat a big meal before. We brought snacks and water. It’s helpful to bring pesos. Bring a towel for after the swim.

Pretty good, not great. - We took this tour in February of 2024. The good stuff: The tour leader was knowledgeable, friendly, and fluent in English and Spanish. She welcomed questions and was straightforward about history and culture. She certainly was the highlight of the trip. The Coba ruins are amazing! Much more impressive to our family than the Tulum ruins. Be sure to stop and look at he first court and temple complex, just on the right as you enter the walking path. It is staggeringly impressive and left my son staring opened mouthed. Coba is definitely worth the effort. The Meh…While the cenote swim was fun for the whole family, it is not the cenote pictured on the web page. Generally the one we went to is not as colorful or as spectacular as many i have seen. The promised lunch was mediocre (tough the wildlife around it was entertaining for the kids). The ruins of Tulum are spectacular, and spectacularly overcrowded. We were there on a Monday and it was not possible to get away from the crowd. The Not so good: While the family understands the logistics involved in putting bands of people together, the tour picked us up at 7 am and we were not on the road until 9 am, which meant, except for paying some tax or other fee, we sat in a stationary bus for two hours. We then went out of our way to pick up three more tour participants from one of the mega resorts. This meant that we skipped breakfast, were hungry for the better part of the day, and were crushed for time the remainder of the day. Giving us a location to meet and the time to be there would be much more useful. Overall this was an average, tho spendy, tour. Coba is definitely worth the time and effort.

Terrible experience - Starting from having to split our group and sitting scattered since there was no space on the bus not much went well. Most of our group was shoved at the back where we could not hear a word of what the guide was saying. Inspite of letting him know nothing changed. Due to this we had no idea what to do when we got off at the first location. And had to come back from the entrance to get our tix. The time to return back to the bus after all stops was not respected and the 11 hour trip ended up being more like 13+ hours. Lunch was included and we had vegetarian options but they ran out of beans fairly quickly so for vegetarians in the group there was not much left to eat. We ended paying for a taxi to return back to our resort. All in all not worth spending an entire day on this tour.

Great Mayan ruins, lacked professional tour information - We saw great Mayan ruins which we enjoyed. However, while the package indicated a professional guide we did not get any guidance at Coba and very little at Tulum. I would suggest to either provide tourism information or rebrand it as logistical support only

"Lunch" was served at 4pm - Make sure you eat and take snacks. We had "lunch " at 4pm. Most people including me didn't do the second part of tour due to hunger. The tour guides were nice and friendly though.

Pretty much we booked the... - Pretty much we booked the night before, it charged my card and then we show up and 11 minutes before we were supposed to leave they told us they didn't have enough room for us so we didn't get to go, lost out on other cool plans we could've made instead and now I have to wait 7-10 business days to receive my funds back. Inconvenient and unprofessional
