Best Day! 🩷 - We had the most unforgettable day thanks to our incredible guide, Alex! From start to finish, the experience was seamless, enriching, and full of heart. Our journey began at the historical ruins, where our guide brought the ancient stories to life with fascinating insights and deep knowledge. Their passion for the history and culture was contagious — we walked away not just amazed by the site itself, but truly connected to the stories behind the stones. After soaking in the past, we headed to a charming local spot for lunch. The food was outstanding — authentic, flavorful, and clearly made with love. Our guide knew exactly where to go for the best regional dishes, and even helped us understand the ingredients and traditions behind each one. The day ended with a magical visit to a cenote, and it was truly the highlight. Crystal-clear water, surrounded by natural beauty — it felt like stepping into another world. Our guide made sure we felt safe, relaxed, and fully present in the moment, offering great tips and even capturing some amazing photos for us. What really stood out was the genuine care and enthusiasm our guide brought to every part of the day. They weren’t just showing us places — they were sharing them with us, in a way that felt deeply personal and special. We can’t recommend this experience highly enough. If you’re looking for a guide who is knowledgeable, passionate, and truly dedicated to giving you an unforgettable day, look no further. This was a perfect adventure from start to finish!

They have a personal touch! - I have to thank the people at Cabanas Tulum Hotel for introducing me to Alex in Tulum. The hotel is wonderful but the sargassum limits the use of the beach. I had a fantastic day with Simon, from Alex in Tulum. We went early to an amazing cave cenote. Simon was a fantastic and informed tour guide and just great company. We had the entire place to ourselves, except for a quiet group of expert divers who were making a film. We snorkeled. It's easy, beautiful, and refreshing. Another day, I decided on an impulse to go snorkeling in Cozumel. Alex drove me from Tulum to Playa del Carmen for the ferry. There's no seaweed on the ferry side of Cozumel. I had a great day at Bar Money - a beach club with lockers. I went as a solo traveller and it was all easy and safe. Alex picked me up for the return trip to Tulum. Alex is great company - much more than just a driver. Very easy to be with. Highly recommended.

Excellent service - Alex was a sweetheart and even brought us cold drinks and gatorade. Clean and luxurious car. All the Casa Tortuga folks know him. The 4 cenotes were gorgeous and refreshing. Alex waited for us the whole time and greeted us with a big smile.
