Great Experience - Incredible experience. Great guide - Daniel. Keep in mind you need to meet at tour operator small business in Tulum. You will need to arrange transportation to the tour operator. They provide all needed equipment.

Too many problems! - I REALLY wanted to visit Cenote Taak Bi Ha but it was closed… Alternative offered. It was a cave cenote (in the dark) and a very small semi-open one. The guide EDDIE was excellent… but iToirs left me stranded for 2 hours to get back to Tullum! And the directions getting there were not helpful. “In front of the 7 Eleven” should read ACROSS the street and there is no CLEAR COMPANY sign or parking lot either! Also once I finally got back the office was CLOSED. So I am now giving my feedback here…. I can deal with vey bumpy roads and average food but being stranded and no one to speak to about it really was upsetting! Had it been the correct Cenote would have been better, but after the change having even more challenges and disappointment was NOT GOOD. If it wan’t for Eddie and Sarah (anoth guide) I would have wanted ALL my money back!!!
