Woahhhhhh - We are 20yr olds from belgium, José was our guide. The whole experience was awesome, we mainly booked this for the ATV and we got our money’s worth right off the bat for about 40min of ATV in the jungle. But all the ziplines were incredible too, especially the 1KM zipline it’s a sight that takes your breath away. My favorite ones were the ones going through the trees of the jungle, there was also an “aqua zipline” but we didn’t do that one. The Cenote was also something we didn’t expect, it was our first cenote in mexico so maybe that’s why it felt so spectacular to us but it was amazing to go deeper into a cenote and learn more about their purpose and how they are formed. We expected the cenote to be something minor on the side of the whole experience but it was equally as nice as the ziplines. José was amazing, funny and understanding, thank you José! I would like to add that the pictures at the end were pretty expensive… there was a photographer but he asked us $40 for all the pictures of me and my partner which was a bit too expensive for us… i would take a waterproof case for around ur neck and make pictures / videos that way. Thats what we did. Hope they lower the prices of the photos in the future!

Very cool - Everything was great, we only would have liked to have more freedom on the ATVs, to be able to do it independently on some specific terrain so as not to interrupt other activities or wait for other tourists.

Extreme - Another activity that I dared to do and I also enjoyed it a lot. It's okay to do extreme things on vacation, it's great.

Good times - Im going to break it down like this: 1. Hospitality (10/10): Fernando was 100% the best your guide I've ever had the pleasure of learning from. Genuinely enthusiastic about diving, nature and culture; he was incredibly knowledgeable and I could tell that he authentically enjoyed sharing this knowledge with us. Also incredibly friendly, you'd be lucky to have him as your guide. Hands down made the experience. 2. ATV (8/10): a little underwhelming but honestly it's fair they have the trail for us that they do. I've been on an ATV only once before and understand well enough that off-roading clients into the jungle would be a terrible & dangerous business plan for anyone as many people would enviably be injured. I think if people want to ride rockier terrain they should invest in learning how to drive an ATV first before making a negative comment here. 3. Zipline (7/10): I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this part because I've done it before elsewhere and thought "I'm good on having to do that ever again" due to being underwhelmed and scared of heights- but I did very much enjoy this part, surprisingly. 4. Cenotes (9/10): i love being in water so this is what I signed up for. Lucky for me my group was small and our guide was also really stoked about diving and took us deeper into the cenote than some other groups. I've been in a cave like this before in a kayak so it was cool to be directly in the water.

Fun activity, but a ton of waiting around b/c too many groups were being put through. - This was a lot of fun activities so overall, we are glad we went. However, the logistics made it kind of frustrating. A few guests didn't show up from our hotel, so our entire group had to waste 20 minutes sitting and waiting for them. Once we arrived at activity site, we were continually shuffled from one area to the next, and told "they aren't ready for you yet, so just wait here." The ATVS were fun (bring a face cover or you'll need to spend $10 to buy one), Ziplines cool, Cenote awesome. It is a chilly underwater cave, so bring water shoes! (Or you can buy them for $35 at the beginning). Any old tennis shoes work. We recommend the tour, but wish they packed less groups into each hour, because it got old be keep being moved "over by that tree till they are ready for you". Lunch was tasty. We were glad we had only done half day activity, b/c it was exhausting. A whole day would've been too much.

Average but enjoyable - First, the employees are very nice. They do encourage you to buy things from the local Mayan shop, multiple times throughout your tour. They pick up up at a super market, where you have about a 20 minute drive to the property. Then they get you on ATV, they were crap. I have blisters on my left hand from having to ride the break the whole time, because my bike took a football field to stop. Usually not an issue, but you ride single file down a dirt road on their ranch, you basically do a loop. You crawlllllll. Our group was huge and I think this made it even worse. The zip line was cool. The only all up on the highest one, your trust Instincts kick in because some of those boards are questionable. But everyone in our tour group seemed to enjoy all three zip lines. The cento is the best part of the tour. It’s a closed cento. And it’s a shame, it’s the time we spent the least on. Most of your trip is spent on zip lines. Again, our group was obnoxiously large and it impacted our experience. Our tour guide was fantasticz you spent a lot of time waiting around and transitioning from experience to experience. Overall, I spent a ton of time looking for the best tour. I don’t think we found it, but I realized you should keep your expectations low across the board. Overall I’d tell you that when we all talked as strangers at the end, we all said the ATVs was a waste. That’s ultimately what we wanted the most out of the experiences so take it as you will. I’d do a tour with this group, just for the cenote, especially if they gave more time here.

SCAMMING EXTRA MONEY - I wouldn't recommend this company. They tried to get more money from us at the tour. We had communication with the tour operator since there was no option for separate ATVs and he stated we can pay $40 USD at arrival. I was quoted $20 when picked up but I was still going to pay $40 since that is what was agreed upon then changed to $45. I showed them the messages and they agreed to the $40. Once paid they then told me I had to pay more money due to a remaining balance when Viator paid for the tour in full. They swindled more money from other people in the group that were picked up with us saying they didn't pay in full when they also booked with Viator. I refused to pay more money since we already paid $185 for 2 people. Since they were upset about the ordeal they wouldn't find a harness for someone in our group stating it was due to their size but one guide said they had one but then the guy who we had the money issue with spoke to the guy in Spanish then all of a sudden they didn't have the tools for the person in our group. The ATVs were in horrible condition and the brakes did not work properly. I had to swerve to miss the people in front several times due to lack to brakes and felt very unsafe on them even when I have ridden ATVs several times prior. Zipline was nice. Cenotes were amazing. Our tour guide when took us into the cenotes was very nice and he was very informative. The lunch snack afterwards was good as well. Due to the scamming of money and ATVs, I don't think I would recommend. Go with a different company.

Cowboys and Con artists.. - Ridiculous from start to finish.. I was asked for taxes when I didn't need to pay any, everything is all about the money.. the 20km ATV part is a 5km ATV ride down a dirt road and back again... the zip lines are an accident waiting to happen.. the cenote was the only saving grace.. trust Mother Nature to be the only good point.. the traditional Mayan ceremony is done by a teenager in a fake designer t shirt.. then you're pressured into buying cheap tat that you're told goes to a 'Mayan community' .. make up you're own mind.... the food offering is like being on rations... rice eggs and beans... then we waiting for an hour in the heat without refreshments to be picked up to go home.. then we're asked to give tips!!! Ha .. here's a tip.. feed the horses, improve customer service, and give what you advertise!!! ... will be speaking to the tour operator to ask him to stop advertising this tour to stop his reputation being damaged by this facility.

Not satisfied - I don’t know how the tour was because the night before our Airbnb was broken into. I explained our situation to trip advisor and they were concerned. However they didn’t refund any of the excursion price and didn’t reply to any emails beyond the initial correspondence.
