Highlight of our trip! - This was the absolute highlight of our vacation, our guide Arturo was fantastic in every way: knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, accommodating and made us feel completely comfortable and safe the entire day. The early morning tour of the ruins was perfect with fewer crowds and lower temperatures. Swimming with the turtles was so fun and swimming in the cenote was a top 10 moment for me and my kids as well as our friends. I cannot recommend this enough!

Perfect Private Tour with Artruo - We had a perfect private tour with our guide, Arturo and driver, Omar. They arrived early for our 7AM pickup at our door and we got on the road. We arrived and Tulum and were the first people in! This fantastic historical site was all ours for most of the tour. Arturo was friendly and very knowledgeable. He was a great conversationalist throughout our tour, discussing architecture, history, and places he has visited. He showed us the best vantage points to view the ruins and great places to take photos. After Tulum, we swam with the turtles at Akumal. Arturo passed us off to an official guide who took us out snorkeling to see the turtles. He kept us safe and let us take our time. What a great experience! Next was lunch at a local restaurant which was delicious. We returned to our location in Playa del Carmen in the early afternoon and had the rest of the day to enjoy. All fees and lunch were included in the price. We were offered soda and water to enjoy during the trip. We felt our time was used well, there were no shopping stops nor any strong-arming to tip. (We took a big bus tour to Chichen Itza with another company and had a horrifically long day with wasted time shopping and lots of sales pitches.) Thank you for a great experience!

A Great Day of Natural Wonders! - A wonderful day from start to finish. Juan is a fantastic guide who was very knowledgeable, fun, good natured and also very skilled at tailoring the tour for my multi-generational family. You will learn & see so much natural beauty on this tour. I can’t recommend it enough. *tip* go early to avoid massive crowds

Great day with knowledgeable guide - Our guide and driver were great! Our drive was safe and punctual. Our guide was knowledgeable and fun to spend the day with. He was able to answer all of our questions and gave great suggestions for cenote choices and lunch.

A truly unique experience! - Looking at all the 5 Star reviews of Absolute Adventure Mexico it is difficult to add something new....other than to confirm previous 5 Star reviews. The company provided excellent service and immediate response from booking to the day of the tour. They used WhatsApp to stay in touch and response was always within minutes, sometimes immediate. Very impressive. The actual private tour was a fantastic experience. We were lucky to have Omar as a very safe driver and Arturo as a very knowledgeable and well prepared guide throughout the excursion. Arturo provided deep insights into the history of Tulum and the Mayan people in Yucatan and Central America. He was also the Tequila sommelier during the tasting experience. The choice of location was unique and away from the main tourist flows. It was clearly more than we expected and it is good to know that such great service still exists. They genuinely cared for us as their customers and that's something rare these days. Bravo!

Best tour in the area! Highly recommend! - We loved everything about this tour! The tour is perfectly organized. We skipped the crowds for the ruins, practically had a private cenote swim, and had a personal guide help locate the hungry turtles. Each segment allowed an adequate amount of time to enjoy and explore. Joshua was a superb tour guide - knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Transportation and lunch was top notch as well! Highly recommend :)

Excellent Tour Experience!! - A tour to remember! Our guide, Arturo, was fantastic! He was very informative and entertaining during our tour of Telum and gave us many choices for our cenote experience. We had an authentic lunch and then swam with the turtles.
