Great experience - We paid $800 pesos each for the tour. I was leery at first when told to swim in cenote #1 on our own. It’s small but clear water. Not much to see with a snorkel. But then the guide took us snorkeling in cenote 2 and the batcave. Omg. Fascinating. We saw bats in the ceiling and a tarantula. Note this is a totally closed cenote except for a small opening in the bat cave ceiling. Not for the claustrophobic as you have to navigate very low ceilings and a couple of super narrow passageways but we loved it. And the snorkel distance is fairly far so I feel we got our moneys worth given that everything here is overpriced.

Casa Cenote and Dos Ojos - I did a tour with 2 dives, to casa cenote and dos ojos with Federico. Before, I was well informed about which dives could be interesting or not, because I was doubting to do a riff dive, but I'm glad I did those 2 cenotes! I was well guided and informed about the dives location, and I could chose between Barbie line and the Bat cave.

The experience was great... - The experience was great - from the start to the finish, Mario was supportive and patient. The dives were spectacular, we saw fish, cool caverns and other things we wouldn’t normally have the chance to. Mario also gave us helpful tips on how to improve our technique. Highly recommend!

Best Dive experience hands down - Walked into Flying Fish dive shop on a whim and recommendations from MexiKan tours. Jaime was just closing up his shop when I walked over to him. Explained I was only in town for the rest of the day and flying back home the next afternoon. He immediately went into action, made a few phone calls and pulled an incredibly talented and knowledgeable diver (on his day off) in to take me on a couple dives through the cenotes. I immediately knew I was in the right spot. While waiting for Mario (dive Guide) Jaime and I talked about diving and histories from where he is to where he started. Offered me a sandwich while I waited and really took an interest in what I was looking for, so I got the best experience. As soon as Mario walked in we packed up and away we went. Mario is a funny guy and the smartest dive guide I have ever had the privilege to dive with and I have been diving for a very long time. We spoke about different dives sites around the Caribbean and abroad. Mario gave me lessons on the rock formations underwater and how the cenotes were formed along with helpful dive tips before during and after our dives. Since I was a diving on a whim, we didn't get to the dive site until a little later. That was the luckiest thing...the sun was coming through the cenote openings just at the right time to see the most picturesque blues and greens. And there was little traffic in the water which really made the experience that much better. Mario and I spoke as we moved from his truck to the water and made a point to introduce me to multiple local divers. You can tell he is well respected within the dive community. Additionally, it needs to be pointed out that this local dive community is the friendliest I have ever seen. While I didn't get pictures from the dives, I can say these were the best dives I have been on. Call Flying Fish, take their dives and be sure to ask for Mario. I rarely write reviews, but this one had to be made.

Dives in the cenotes - Beautiful spot with a good reception from the first day at the store. Take 3 dives during the day (with pit cenote), just amazing. Good local colation with Mario, the Guide, very friendly and professional who tells all the local history of the surrounding places and notes. So, did 2 more dives the next day, angelita and casa, hesitated at first for my budget, well, I did well to launch, 2 more different dives, all equally amazing and beautiful. Very good experiences with flying fish tulum, both human and professional.
